Story
Meet Salchi (aka “Mammas”)—a gentle, playful girl looking for her forever home 💛 Found abandoned at a park, she hasn’t let her past dull her sweet spirit. At about 1–1.5 years old, she’s fully grown, loves belly rubs, and thrives on playtime with other dogs. She enjoys walks, running on grass, and chasing anything that flies by. Salchi can be shy at first, but once she trusts you, she’s incredibly affectionate and will happily cuddle up close—even snoring beside you at night. She’s potty trained with regular outdoor access and does best in a calm, patient home (she’s sensitive to loud voices). She may bark when meeting new dogs but warms up quickly and becomes a great playmate. She does need chew toys to stay happy. Salchi would thrive in a home full of love, attention, and companionship—human or furry.

Story
This pet is part of the rehoming program and is not in the care of the CCSPCA. Please read carefully and reach out to the owner directly via cell: 559-394-7906 or email: michlutley@gmail.com . The owner states, Sophie is about 16 months old. We adopted her from a rescue 5 months ago so we don`t know much about her early puppyhood but she is a healthy and happy little dog.She is sweet, energetic, and playful. She`s a total lap dog, and loves both treats and toys. She`s also quite smart and eager to learn. In just these past few months, she`s been both house and crate trained. She also knows how to sit, stay, come, and go to her crate on command. She gets nervous around strangers and is very protective of her home and family. It takes her a while to get comfortable with new people but once she does, she`s their new best friend.Sophie barks and growls when she`s nervous but has never bitten anyone. She currently lives in a house with 3 cats and does very well with them. We`re looking to rehome her because we recently realized that we`re not really dog people and cannot give her the type of care and attention she needs. Sophie deserves to be with someone that loves her as much as she loves them. ” Due to the pet not being in our care, it is out of our control when and if the owner responds to your inquiry. Thank you.

Story
AMY ANN DOB: 01.15.2022* Amy was abandoned by a neighbor of a Paw Printz volunteer when the neighbor suddenly left in the middle of the night. Amy and her puppy (who has been adopted) were left to fend for themselves. She is still a little frightened by people she doesn't know and even jumps when her foster Mom moves too quickly. Even so, Amy is very sweet and has beautiful soulful eyes. She wants nothing more than to be close to someone she can trust who will love her forever. Paw Printz vet believes her to be about 1.5 to 2 years old and has given her a clean bill of health. She is spay, microchipped, current on vaccinations, house trained and crate trained. If you think you can provide Amy with the loving home she deserves, please send an email to PawPrintzRescue@gmail.com and request an application. Adoption Fee: $250.00 Adoption Requirements: Application, Interview, Homecheck. *Age is always a guess with rescue dogs but here at Paw Printz we believe everyone should have a birth day so when the vet guesses at their age, we work out what would be a good birthday for each dog and make it so

Story
For Adoption in Hollister! Meet Slinky — a gorgeous blond boy with the cutest mohawk of long wire terrier like fur running down his back! His one-of-a-kind look is made even more charming by his signature ears: one perked up and the other flopped out to the side. Fitting to his name, Slinky has a long body which might indicate some Dachshund in his lineage. At about 18 pounds and guessing around 2 years old, Slinky is the perfect cuddle companion and lap warmer.  Slinky enjoys the company of both male and female humans. After a slow introduction, he happily makes dog friends and gets along well with dogs of all sizes and ages in his foster home. When not snuggled on a lap, Slinky entertains himself with dog toys or playing with his foster dog siblings or napping. He enjoys going for walks and adventures but doesn't seem to require tons of daily exercise. Slinky is crate trained and feels safe in his crate. Slinky is currently being fostered in Hollister and is already neutered, microchipped and vaccinated, so he’s ready to find his forever family!  June 14, 2026, 1:27 pm
