12 year old male, 17 pounds Darwin is naked.  Dogs of this silver color are beautiful and have lovely coats when they are young and then lose their fur as they age.   Cuddly and sweet boy  Loves everyone  Good with other dogs  Darwin came to us paralyzed, we had him go to a neurologist and have surgery, but it did not restore his ability to walk. He has drag bags and a cart that will go with him. 2 year old 28 pound standard dachshund mix. Maple is a sweet and friendly girl. She loves belly rubs and is good with people.  Maple is NOT good with other dogs.  She is fine being walked around other dogs, but will not be adopted to a home with another dog. She shouldn’t be allowed to meet other dogs on walks or go to dog parks. 1 year old 13 pound dachshund mix from Puerto Rico  Her perfect home would be one where she had someone who loves to get kisses and loves to scratch a belly. Klara is a playful girl and would do well with another playful dog or someone who could play with her expend some energy. She would love to be in a home where people are home most of the time. She is not a fan of being left alone, but is SO much better. She has discovered lick mats, doggie puzzles, has a safe crate of her own and settles herself down pretty quickly. We are very proud of the progress she has made. Teaching her tricks will build her confidence and that helps her mature also (we are working on that now and it's very good for her).
