Story

Meet Trevor! Trevor is about 5 years old and 13 pounds, and he recently came into rescue. Before coming to us, Trevor was living somewhere that he wasn't able to be an inside dog, so he spent his time outdoors and roaming around. When he came into rescue, he had fleas and was dealing with some irritated skin from flea allergies. He was given flea prevention, but I felt like his skin needed a little extra help, so he went to the vet to get checked out. While he was there, we also had him heartworm tested, and unfortunately, Trevor is heartworm positive. He will start doxycycline and will stay on heartworm prevention to help with the heartworms. The good news is that otherwise, Trevor is a healthy pup! He has now completed the rest of his vetting and is available for adoption. Trevor is such a sweet little guy who absolutely loves people. He's only 13 pounds and has so much love to give. He deserves a wonderful home where he can finally be an inside pup, have a soft bed, and be part of a family. Could it be your family? Story

Hello- my name is Charlie! I am estimated at 3yrs old and my rescue was told I am a full daschund and I sure do look the part. I am a little shy, so would do better in a somewhat quiet home environment. I do get along with other dogs, tho! I am learning to walk on leash, still need some more practice. I will need help establishing a routine/schedule to help with my potty training. My $650.00 adoption fee includes vet exam, bloodwork, up to date vaccines, neuter, deworming and preventatives while in our care, heartworm test (negative) and microchip. If you are interested in adopting me, please complete a free, non-binding application at www.gofar.dog under Adopt. If you have questions, email my rescue at adoptions@gofar.dog. If you'd like to experience all the love I have, and want to make me part of your family, please complete the adoption application by pasting this link into your browser: https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=sm2546&method=online_form_html&formid=21

Story

💕 Meet Minnie! 💕 This sweet senior dachshund is ready for her happily ever after! After a past life of overbreeding and battling severe anemia, Minnie is finally ready to be someone’s spoiled little shadow. 🥹❤️ She’s great with dogs, cats, kids, and people! She isn’t interested in playing with other dogs — she just wants to be wherever her person is. She’s crate trained, does well home alone uncrated, and would love to tag along on adventures! Minnie has ongoing medical needs, including daily medications and monthly veterinary blood checks. She cannot be spayed for medical reasons, but she is up to date on vaccines and will be microchipped soon. All Minnie wants is a person to love and a cozy place to call home. Could that be you? 🐾❤️
