Finn Senior Doxie  came to us from a kill shelter in Kentucky  where he ended up by no fault of his own. This is a nice, friendly boy who is good with people & other dogs. He is very sweet & happy but would benefit from some basic obedience and confidence building. His approx. birth date is 02/14/14 and he currently weighs 9.4#.This is a sweet guy! He has been vet. checked, neutered, micro chipped, is up to date on routine shots & wormings including rabies, and has been treated with flea & heart worm preventative per our protocol. He is heart worm and tick born illness negative. He had a dental. His adoption donation is $300 and needs to be cash, certified check, money order or a debit/credit card. There is a 3% processing fee when using a debit/credit card. We do not ship or transport.Please email for an application if you would like to provide this nice kid with his forever home. ##2444033##

Story
Pippa has a loving, loyal and fierce personality. She loves walks, chicken and rope toys. She needs time to warm up to new dogs but once she warms up to them she’s the best friend to them. She’s 26lbs and eats a diet of plain rice, chicken and veggies. She’s always happy to see you and has a moderate amount of energy. She mostly sleeps through the day and likes to play sporadically throughout the day. Her toys of choice are tough stuffed dog toys and rope toys. She does have an issue with resource guarding her food and bones. She is kennel trained and responds “go home pippa” that is her command to enter a kennel. She is very vocal when she needs to use the restroom and hardly ever goes to the restroom inside the house. She was born in April of 2019 and has been with me throughout my adolescence. Unfortunately we cannot afford to transport her to our new place of residence. We would love if she went to a safe and loving home.
