Dipper was bought in japan while i was there in the military. he was brought into the us at 3 months old. He is a good dog with a lot of personality, but has some issues we don’t have the experience training out of him. He will occasionally potty in the house, and doesn’t have self control from taking food off the table. He will not take food out of a kids hand but does follow them everywhere and I always have to separate him from them. If he’s guilty for peeing in the house he will growl at you and the whole way to his cage. He would be a great dog for someone who can give him the attention he needs. When i spent a couple months just him and I, i was able to completely train out going potty in the house and was a perfect dog, but a complicated life of having kids and not always being able to give him the attention he needs brings out poor behavior. I don’t want to get rid of him, would keep him forever, but he deserves better. He is very shy of other dogs, barks a lot.
