Story
Slinky is a standard black and tan Dachshund that I adopted from Greenville, SC. He now lives in the mountains of NC. It would be best for him to go back down the mountain as the twisty roads here don’t sit well with him. A single story house with a secure fenced in yard without stairs to protect his back and allow him to run around and be outside. He is somewhat reactive to people and dogs and has strong desires to hunt and dig. I live in a single story townhouse in a small neighborhood with no backyard and will be moving to a retirement apartment complex that will not be suitable for him.

Story
Damion is a three year old, intact male. His mom is half Jack Russel and half Dachshund. His dad is a full mini Dachshund. He was born into a litter of eleven. He is one of four that survived. Those four had to be hand fed. We got him from our good friends. They couldn’t take him back, due to their health reasons. Damion doesn’t do well with younger children under age 13. He is very hyper and needs a lot of exercise. He is vocal when he needs to go outside. He knows what outside means. He is crate trained and house broken. He is only in his crate at night. He loves to cuddle and kisses on his snout. He loves bubbles! He loves to run as fast as he can. He gets whiny when in the car. He is skiddish at first, but once you pet him, he’s your friend.
