Story
Choco Chip Age: 1 year Gender: Neutered Male Breed: Dachshund Color: Black & Brown Weight: 4.8 kg Height: 24 cm (shoulder)   Rescue Story Choco Chip was rescued from an animal hoarding situation where dozens of dogs were found living in poor conditions. He was brought into a municipal shelter and thankfully given a second chance through rescue.   Personality & Socialization (People) Choco Chip is incredibly affectionate and people-oriented. He happily approaches both familiar and new people, leaning in for pets and even showing his belly right away. He does well with men and children under 13, and can be easily picked up and handled. He truly loves people and thrives on human interaction.   Socialization (Dogs) He is very social and friendly with other dogs, both familiar and new. He confidently approaches dogs of all sizes—even larger ones—and enjoys playtime. Choco Chip has a resilient and easygoing personality; even if play gets a bit rough, he handles it well and will gently show his belly when he’s had enough. Being young, he is playful, curious, and happiest with dogs of similar size and energy.   With Cats Not yet tested, but can be assessed upon request.   Energy Level Moderate energy. He enjoys outdoor activities but settles down nicely and rests calmly afterward.   Walks & Leash Choco Chip is very curious and people-focused. Currently, his walks are more about greeting people than exploring scents or focusing on potty habits. Continued leash training will help him build more structured walking skills.   Additional Notes • No resource guarding toward people or other dogs • May show some barking or mild separation anxiety initially as he adjusts (common for hoarding survivors) • No excessive barking, though he has barked at his reflection at night • Calm and comfortable in a crate • Currently uses both pee pads indoors and outdoor potty (still learning consistency on walks)   Ideal Home Choco Chip would thrive in a loving home where he can receive lots of attention and continue building confidence. He would do well with another friendly dog or as a companion to a family who enjoys interacting with him. Apply to adopt or foster: https://adoptmekr.org PLEASE ALSO VISIT OUR FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM. QUICK FACTS Name: Toz Age: About 4 Months Old Gender: Male (Neutered) Breed: Dachshund Mix Color: Brown Weight: 4kg / 9lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I’m one of nine siblings who came from the city shelter. Now I’m growing up safe and healthy, and I’m ready to find a loving forever family of my own.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Neutered & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY Hi, I’m Toz, a sweet and curious little pup with a gentle personality. I love people and am always interested in getting to know you—once we build a little connection, I’ll come right up and show you my affectionate side. I can be a bit playful, and I quickly know when to back off and give space. I have a kind nature and get along well overall. I’m gentle, lovable, and full of charm. I’m ready to grow into a wonderful companion with the right love and support. I can’t wait to meet my forever family and share my sweet, curious heart with you.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I might be a bit shy when we first meet, but if you offer me a tasty treat, I’ll happily take it and warm up to you quickly. Soon enough, you’ll be able to hold me in your arms and pet me too! I haven’t had the chance to meet children under 13 yet, but with careful introduction, I’m sure I’ll get along with them. · With Dogs: I’m a very friendly and social pup! I don’t just stick to dogs I know — I’ll happily walk up to new dogs, say hello, and even invite them to play. I love making new doggy friends wherever I go! · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have moderate energy level – I enjoy outdoor activities like walks and exploring, and after some fun outside, I’m happy to settle down and rest quietly at home. I’m still learning my walking manners, so I’ll need a little leash training and guidance. With patience and practice, I can become a wonderful walking companion!   TRAINING & HABITS I don’t guard my food from people at all. But if another dog comes too close while I’m eating, I might give a little growl to say, “This is my food.” Sometimes when I want something — like attention or treats — I might bark to let you know. When I’m placed in a kennel, I might whine a little because I’d rather be close to my people. I can use both indoor pee pads and go potty outside, so I can easily adjust to your routine.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together A family that will love and cherish me forever   SPECIAL NOTES   Toz's Youtube Playlist   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.com ##2690194##

QUICK FACTS Name: Tory Age: Around 4 months old Gender: Male (Neutered) Breed: Dachshund mix Color: Brown Weight: 5kg / 11lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was born in a city pound, so shelter life is all I’ve ever known. But despite that, I’ve kept my gentle and hopeful spirit. Thankfully, I was rescued and given a second chance, and now I’m at a care facility where I’m learning what love and safety feel like. I’m patiently waiting for my forever family—the one who will show me the world beyond the shelter and give me the life I’ve always deserved.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Neutered & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY Volunteers and staff always tell me I have the prettiest smile, and they often say I’m the sweetest out of my siblings. I have a gentle, kind nature and truly carry a peaceful energy. I’m a natural peacemaker at heart—if there’s ever any tension, I prefer to quietly step away and keep things calm.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I’m a little shy at first, but I warm up quickly with gentle pets and a few tasty treats. Once I feel comfortable, I happily accept affection, allow myself to be picked up, and may even show my belly as a sign of trust. · With Dogs: I love my dog friends and enjoy greeting new dogs and playing together. I have a friendly, social nature, but very high-energy dogs can feel a bit overwhelming for me, so I do best with calmer companions. Even if another dog is being pushy, I prefer to stay out of it and quietly walk away—I’m a gentle, drama-free kind of pup. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown. A cat test can be arranged upon request to ensure the best fit.   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have a moderate energy level and enjoy a nice balance in my day. I like spending time outdoors exploring and getting fresh air, and afterward I’m more than happy to snuggle in and enjoy a cozy nap.   TRAINING & HABITS I’m still learning my leash manners and improving a little more each day. I have great manners around food and don’t guard my meals from people or other dogs. I might bark occasionally when I’m hoping for some attention, but overall I’m a quiet and easygoing pup. I’m also working on settling calmly in my kennel and getting better at it every day. For my potty routine, I can use both indoor pee pads and go outdoors. I’m still a young pup learning about the world, and with a little guidance and love, I’ll continue to grow into a confident and wonderful companion.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: • A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment • A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout • A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together • A family that will love and cherish me forever   SPECIAL NOTES Volunteers and staff often say I’m incredibly sweet and gentle—I even let my siblings take my food during mealtime, which shows just how kind-hearted I am. Even though I’m the biggest among my siblings, I have the softest, most gentle nature, and many say I’m the sweetest one of them all. I’m a loving boy who would thrive in a home where my gentle spirit is appreciated and nurtured, and I know I’ll grow into a devoted, loyal companion.   Tory's Youtube Playlist   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.com ##2690205##

Now I’m growing up safe and healthy, and I’m ready to find a loving forever family of my own.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Neutered & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY Hi, I’m Toto, a tiny pup with a huge personality! I may be the smallest one, but I’m full of confidence and charm—I never back down and I always make people laugh. I’m affectionate, funny, and love being the center of attention. I have the most adorable dachshund-like look, and my playful, cheeky personality makes me unforgettable. I’m a dog with tons of personality, affection, and humor. With patience and practice, I know I can become a great walking companion!   TRAINING & HABITS I don’t guard my food from people at all. But when it comes to other dogs during mealtime, I can be quite serious. If another dog comes too close, I may growl and even try to defend my food — I really like to finish my meal in peace. When I’m placed in a kennel, I might whine a little because I’d rather be close to my people. I can use both indoor pee pads and go potty outside, and guess what? I usually have a designated potty spot and use it well.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself.
