Story
Meet Libby! Libby is a 4.5-month-old Dalmatian puppy with a whole lot of energy, personality, and potential packed into her adorable spotted body. Surrendered from a commercial breeder because she is deaf, Libby has already overcome so much and is now searching for a home that understands and appreciates just how special she is. This girl is incredibly smart, active, and always ready for adventure. She learns quickly and loves having a job to do, but like any young puppy, she still needs continued training, structure, and guidance. Her foster family has been working on communication and engagement skills, and Libby is proving to be a bright, eager learner. Libby loves other dogs and currently lives successfully with both large and small dogs in her foster home. Because she cannot hear social cues, introductions should be done thoughtfully and preferably off leash in a neutral setting. Once comfortable, she enjoys having canine companions to play with and learn from. She also gets along well with cats and even pigs. She adores children and is affectionate with everyone she meets, but she still has a puppy's enthusiasm and can be jumpy when seeking attention. For that reason, a home with children ages 10 and older would be preferred. Because Libby is deaf and will require ongoing training using visual cues and positive reinforcement, we are looking for a family with previous deaf dog experience. Dalmatian experience would be an added bonus. She is not a good fit for apartment living due to her energy level and tendency to vocalize when frustrated. Libby is a fun, loving, high-energy puppy who will thrive with an active, committed family willing to invest the time needed to help her reach her full potential. If you're experienced with deaf dogs and looking for an incredibly rewarding companion, Libby may be the perfect addition to your family. She will come spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested. Apply for adoption at www.phoenixanimalrescue.com Adoption fee: $500 Phoenix Animal Rescue Chester Springs, Pa Kennel License #5152

Story
Marley is the sweetest girl! She is loving, gentle and patient. She is great with our 3 cats, other dog and 5 kids. She wants to be with her humans whenever she possibly can. And also loves her crate. She would do best either being walked or in a home with a higher fence. As she can hop like a bunny! She is not food aggressive as she free feeds with our other pup. Our only reason for looking to rehome her is that we believe she deserves to be in a home where she gets a little more attention. Our 3 year old is disabled and has left little time for other things. We have had Marley since she was 4Months old and rescued her. She will be 3 in a couple weeks. The sole reason we are rehoming Marley is due to having a 3 year old disabled daughter who requires all of our attention right now.
