My Adoption Fee is now Fully Sponsored Thanks to An Anonymous Donor! Hi, my name is Rocky! I was found as a stray laying on a random front porch exhausted and sore from road rash. A Good Samaritan found me and reached out to Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue to help me get the medical care I needed. I'm doing great now - a happy, healthy boy! I've had a pretty rough go of it in my past, but I'm a good boy who deserves a loving home. I know basic commands, I love the pool and playing fetch, and walk pretty well on leash. I'm best suited for a home with no other pets. I've done great with every human that I've met! I'm estimated at around 4 years old and last weighed in at 57 lbs. I'm currently being fostered by the great folks over at Arfington Pet Resort in Tamarac, Florida who fell in love with me when they met me a while back. My adoption fee is fully sponsored and includes the care I needed at the vet, up-to-date vaccines, microchip, neuter, and heartworm test (negative).If you are interested in adopting me, please complete a free, non-binding application at www.gofar.dog under Adopt. Chief is a people-only kind of guy and is looking for a home with NO dogs, NO cats, and NO kids so he can enjoy a calm, predictable environment where he doesn’t have to compete for attention. He loves human company, enjoys being silly in his own goofy way, and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal best friend. Meet Chandler! 🐾 Chandler is an 8-year-old Catahoula mix who qualifies for our Silver Paws VIP program. This very sweet boy has a gentle personality and so much love to give. He’s a loyal companion who just wants a cozy spot by your side and a family to call his own. Chandler does need to shed some extra pounds, but with regular walks, playtime, and a little portion control, he’ll be feeling better and healthier in no time. He’s more than ready to start this new chapter with someone who will help him along the way.
