My sister-in-law adopted Chaos a little over a year ago in Lakeland, FL. Unfortunately she passed away from cancer four months ago. My brother has moved here to Ohio, but can only have one dog at his apartment. We already have a dog and with health issues my husband and I are unable to take in another dog. It is sad because Chaos is a sweetheart.
