Story
Amira is a goofy girl who absolutely loves her people! She’s happiest when she’s right by your side—whether you’re doing chores around the house or settling in for a movie night, she’ll be there keeping you company. Amira does great with other dogs and kids, and she loves playing tug-of-war with her dog friends or proudly carrying a stuffy around like it’s her prized possession. Food is definitely one of her favorite things! When it’s time to eat, she gets so excited she’ll bounce all the way to her kennel like a little bucking bronco. She knows how to sit, and when you ask her to “down,” she’ll happily flop right onto her back. Amira walks on a leash and does well, though she can occasionally get nervous and put on the brakes—but a few treats and some encouragement get her moving again. She’s ready for her forever home and would do great as an only dog or with canine siblings. Amira is just looking for a family to love—and to stick close to forever. Local adoption fee is $200(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport your area)

Story
Hi, I’m Oreo! I’m a stunning 5-year-old Dalmatian who’s ready to find my forever family. With my beautiful spotted coat and bright personality, I turn heads everywhere I go. I’m at the perfect age where I’ve outgrown the puppy chaos but still have so much life, love, and adventure ahead of me. I’m looking for someone who wants a loyal companion to share their days with, whether that means going for walks, spending quality time together, or just enjoying each other’s company. I have so much love to give and I can’t wait to show someone just how special I am. If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind dog to make your life a little brighter, I might just be the girl you’ve been waiting for.If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Dogs are individuals and have personality conflicts, just like us. Play groups do not guarantee that territorial or resource guarding issues will not surface in the home. While play groups do help us get to know the dog`s better, once they are adopted their new environments and new relationships will influence their behavior in ways we cannot predict. The Adoption Fee Includes:- initial canine distemper combination vaccination- first worming or stool check- rabies vaccination (for animals over 3 months of age)- 24 Petwatch microchipping- flea treatment/preventative- spaying or neutering-heartworm testingAdoption fee: $135.00Per state law, ALL ADOPTERS must purchase a non-refundable 2025 dog license at time of adoption for any canine three months and older. Story
Meet Cookie Cookie is a stunning 2-year-old Catahoula mix with a look you won’t forget. Her unique coat pattern and beautiful mismatched eyes make her truly one of a kind, and her sweet, affectionate personality makes her even more special. In her photo, you can see her soulful expression and attentive stance—she’s always tuned in to the people around her. Cookie came to rescue from animal control alongside Muscles. The two get along great, but they do not need to be adopted together. Cookie would do best with thoughtful introductions to other dogs, as she can be dog selective, and she has not yet been tested with cats. This girl absolutely loves attention. One of her favorite things to do is gently place her head in your lap and look up at you, asking for love and affection. Cookie thrives on human connection and enjoys being close to her people. She’s also a big fan of car rides, all the treats she can get, and long, leisurely walks where she can take in the world. Because Cookie is strong and enthusiastic, she would be best suited for a home with older children. She could easily knock over a small child without meaning to, simply due to her size and excitement. Cookie is looking for a home that understands her needs, provides structure and consistency, and appreciates her loyal, loving nature. In return, she offers devotion, companionship, and endless affection. If you’re searching for a unique, gentle-hearted dog who just wants to be loved and included, Cookie may be the perfect addition to your family. Story
Meet Benny! Benny is an approximately 3-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer mix with a striking black-and-white coat, beautifully dotted with spots. He’s friendly with absolutely everyone he meets—this boy doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. Affectionate, eager to please, and full of love, Benny is wonderful with dogs, cats, and kids alike. Benny came to our rescue needing emergency surgery for a urinary blockage and stones. He was very underweight at the time and is still working on filling out, but his surgery was a success. To keep him healthy long-term, Benny will need to stay on a prescription urinary diet for life. He also benefits from more frequent potty breaks, and when that isn’t possible, he does great wearing a belly band. True to his GSP roots, couch potatoes need not apply—Benny is full of energy! He lives for fetch and will happily play as long as you’re willing to throw. Toss him a toy and he’ll leap into the air to catch it—he’s incredibly athletic. Super-chewer toys are best for this guy; soft toys don’t stand a chance. When playtime winds down, Benny transforms into a snuggly lap dog. He loves curling up under a blanket with his people and soaking up all the affection he can get. Benny is also crate trained. He eats his meals in his crate, and he sleeps soundly and quietly in his crate every night, making him a great option for those looking for a well-behaved, crate-comfortable companion. Whoever adopts Benny will be incredibly lucky—he truly is the best dog. If you’re looking for a joyful, loving companion with a big heart, boundless energy, and the ability to settle down when needed, Benny may be your perfect match!
