Story
Paisley is a beautiful, affectionate Dalmatian with a huge heart for her people. She thrives on human companionship and loves being part of the family. She would do best in a detached home with a secure, fenced-in yard where she can safely run, play, and enjoy her energy. Distance from all animals would be her ideal situation. She's a playful girl who loves opportunities to stretch her legs and have fun. To set her up for success, Paisley MUST be the only animal in the home. She is happiest when she doesn't have to share her space with other dogs, cats, or small animals. Because of this, we're looking for a home that can give her the animal-free environment she needs to feel secure and relaxed. People with experience taking on a high energy breed with animal aggression, preferred. Ideal Home: Secure fenced yard No other dogs, cats, or animals of any kind People who enjoy an affectionate, playful companion Committed to structure and exercise

Story
adoption donation : $599 weight 38lbs Age 6 months       Charlie is a sweet and friendly girl who loves everyone she meets. She was found abandoned at a truckstop in a rural part of Mississippi and luckily rescued by Wags. At the rescue, she is having a blast running and playing with all the dogs, she just loves other pups! In the house, she is mellow and chill and loves to follow her Foster Mom around.  Charlie has been spayed and vaccinated and is ready to travel to the northeast as soon as the weekend of August 9th. Charlie is housebroken at Wags but like any rescue pup will likely need some training as she adjusts to a new home. She has beautiful and appeared to be a Catahola Leopard dog, very common in Mississippi and known to be very smart and loving dogs. Charlie is just the best, she will  make a wonderful  member of the family.    Adoption donations are the only source of funding for the rescue. Adoption fee includes the transport from Mississippi, vaccines, microchip and spay and neuter. Most of our dogs are in Mississippi and come up by Transport, dogs are listed along the Transport route or in an area where we may have volunteers who can help transport the dogs. We do have some of our dogs in foster homes in the northeast, we always need foster homes! Story
When we rescued Star, she had a gunshot wound through her jaw and ear. She was in terrible pain. She had surgery to remove the bullets from her jaw, and now her tongue permanently hangs out; it does not affect her eating. We think this makes her uniquely special! Star is such a sweet baby, and she deserves a loving home after everything she has been through. She cannot help it if somebody shot her. Star is very sweet and loves to ride in the car. She loves dogs, and she loves children. She loves to roll over for a belly rub, and she knows the sit command. She is extremely smart!
