Glimmer is a total star who has been thriving in a home and she has proven herself to be an incredibly easygoing, confident, and loving companion. She is fully potty trained, crate trained, and does wonderfully when left home alone for hours, settling in comfortably without any anxiety. In the car, Glimmer is a dream passenger, making her a great partner for adventures near and far. Glimmer truly shines in social settings. She is fantastic with new people, calmly and happily greeting visitors—even in busy gatherings with lots of guests. Meet Goofy! 🐾 Goofy is a high-energy, playful puppy who can’t wait to make new friends - especially other dogs! He's loved his time in his foster home so far, showing how much he enjoys to play, explore, and cuddle. Goofy loves his toys (he doesn’t have a favorite—he’s happy with anything he can chew or toss!). He’s still learning some puppy basics and working on commands like sit. Goofy would thrive in a home with an energetic doggy playmate and humans who are ready to give him lots of love, playtime, and guidance as he grows. If you’re looking for a playful companion who’s all about cuddles and fun, Goofy might just be your new best friend!

Story
This is chief, chief is a nervous but very lovable and obedient dog. I originally intended to temporarily adopt chief however it has turned into a longer time period than I expected however due to work/housing I can no longer care for him in the way he deserves. Chiefs estimated age is around 10 years old. I trained him both on and off leash. He is completely house trained and friendly with all animals and humans. He has no food aggression/or any aggression whatsoever. Chief loves to go for walks, but he also just loves hanging out at home. Chief does not take any interest in toys, playing ball, or anything like that. He’s very happy to just exist with his human. He’s great for an elderly person, active person, family, or really anyone who is able to love him and give him attention. Chief is a little nervous at times but he takes commands really well. Knows sit, stay, come, paw, heel. $200 rehoming fee to insure he goes to a family/individual serious about caring for him.

Story
Hi, Brandy is a beautiful male dog, around 6 weeks old. He is a very playful, loving animal, kind to all animals, children, and adults, and he wants to be loved and to love back. He is on the larger side but very healthy, and he lives in a fenced backyard. We are trying to find him a home because my elderly parents bought him from a breeder without thinking it through. They are physically unable to care for him because we are afraid he will knock them over when he tries to greet them. He loves to play, and he needs owners who will take him for walks and teach him to play fetch regularly. I don't live in Corpus Christi, but when I visit, I take him for his vaccines and heartworm pills. He is taking flea medication regularly. I have already rescued two cats and one dog, and my partner and I don't have the space for another dog. I love animals a great deal, try to advocate for them, and dislike to see any animal suffer unnecessarily. Can someone please adopt him? He is a catch. Please!

Story
Yolanda is a dream girl. She is super people friendly and will make an exceptional family pet, the kind dog you want kids to grow up with. She's fun and loves to run and play. We think Yolanda will be a great frisbee dog as she can jump and fly through the air. She is an amazing dog to watch. Good with other dogs but still needs a cat test. Yolanda is sleek and graceful, shiny black coat with telltale German Shorthair Pointer spots on her dainty feet. If Yolanda were reinvented as a person, she would definitely be a ballerina. Call us today to find out more about Yolanda and our lifetime holistic program.

Pointer Mixed Breed (Medium)

Story
After being single for a month and having to fend for herself on the mean streets of Austin, Twiggy has decided she would prefer not to be single ever again, thank you very much. If you value personal space, keep searching. If co-dependency appeals to you, Twiggy is your girl! Twiggy is 50 pounds of Velcro, in a dog-shaped body, and she will stick as close to you as you will let her…and maybe even a little closer if you stop paying attention. Loyal, sweet, and the lovable-est of loves, she will be happy to run with you, or lounge on the couch beside you. If you are into it, she is too. At around 5 years old, she’s a girl who knows what she wants, and that is to be the center of your world. Twiggy gets along great with other dogs once she gets to know them a bit, but would be thrilled to be an only dog who gets 100% of all available human time and attention. Her patience for cats inside a home is unknown, but she was not too interested in the neighborhood cats during her single days. She would do great with kids, as long as they will pet her constantly, but probably best to stick with older kids, just because boundaries are not really her thing and sometimes her long gams just have a mind of their own. She is housetrained and has had no issues with staying home alone, even though she kinda hates that you think you can just go and leave her like that. Twiggy is ready to be your everything if you’ll just let her.
