Story
Like we said, some pups felt they needed to share their thoughts and feelings instead of us today, so here’s what Miss Maple wanted you to know! --------------------------------- Hello, hello! I'm Miss Maple... but you can also just call me May! I'm about two years old, and even though I'm a little older than some of my rescue buddies, don't let that fool you—I still have lots of pep in my step and plenty of love to give! Before coming into rescue, life was pretty different for me. I spent a lot of time having puppies and didn't really know what it was like to live inside a home. But let me tell you... I have been seriously missing out! Did you know humans will cuddle you just because they want to? And that there's always a cozy bed waiting for you? And food shows up every single day?! I even get to zoom around, play, and then come back inside to nap in the air conditioning. Honestly... it's the dream. My foster mom has been helping me learn that I'm safe now. Sometimes I get a little worried when she leaves because I love my people so much, but every day I'm getting a little braver and a little more confident. She says she's so proud of how far I've come, and I think I'm finally ready to find my forever family. If I could make one little wish, it would be to have a home where I can soak up all the love and attention. I'd really enjoy being your one and only pup, but I've shown that I can be adaptable, so the right family might surprise us both! If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate girl who's discovering just how wonderful life can be, I think we should meet. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life making up for lost time—with cuddles, adventures, naps, and lots of love. If you think I'm right for you, just go on and fill out an application for me today! https://www.atailtotell.ca/adult-dogs.html ---------------------------------- **Miss Maple will make an appearance at our Adoption Event this Saturday at Canadian Tire in Brandon if you want to meet her!**

Story
Scar is a handsome dude with a not-so-nice start to life. He was trapped when he was 5 months old cause he had never been socialized or the owner never spent time with him, just fed him when he could. He has been in our care for a year and has come a looong ways! Scar is good with people, still skiddish sometimes but overall has turned into a pretty happy boy. Loves the outdoors and other dogs. Better off in a home with another dog and a quiet home.

Story
🐾 Hi, I’m Loki! 🐾 I’m a 4-month-old Husky mix puppy living in Brandon, Manitoba, and I’m looking for my forever humans through A Tail to Tell Frontline Rescue. Here’s what you should know about me: I’m very adorable (people tell me this constantly), super smart, and a little bit goofy. I already know sit, lay down, touch, and roll over, and I’m working hard on learning spin. If treats are involved… I learn even faster. 🍖 I weigh about 30 lbs right now, but I’m still just a puppy, so I have lots of growing (and adventuring) left to do. My favorite things include: 🎾 Toys 🐕 Playing with my foster dog brother 🍪 Treats 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Hanging out with my people I’m mostly house trained, I walk well on a leash, and I sleep perfectly in my crate all night like a very good boy. During the day I might complain a little if I have to stay in my crate… but I’m working on it. I’m gentle with kids, great with other dogs, and I would LOVE a home with an active family and a fenced yard. Another dog to play with would be amazing… but honestly I just really love being with my humans. Sometimes I pick up things like socks, shoes, or cords because I’m a curious puppy… but I’m already learning “leave it”and getting better every day. ✨ I’m vaccinated, and my neuter is included with adoption. If you think we might be best friends, please apply to adopt me through the rescue’s website. — Loki 🐾
