Story
Zori has been in foster care for 10 months and has blossomed into a friendly, affectionate young adult born November 17th, 2024. She has formed a strong bond with Millie, her foster sister, and enjoys attending daycare. Although her foster mother can now transport her to and from the car without holding her leash, further progress is still being made. Zori's recall is not yet reliable, but training efforts continue. Zori is extremely fond of children and cuddling. She has consistently demonstrated comfort around kids, including the foster family's busy boys, and has even participated in dog piles. Her food-driven nature makes training with treats an effective approach. Zori's primary desire is to be with her people, and she enjoys car rides, cuddling on the couch, and sleeping at the foot of her foster parents' bed. Zori has not had accidents in the house for some time and will communicate her needs by pestering and whining. While she has affection for her foster father, she remains cautious around him at times. However, she is entirely comfortable around Ayden, the 14-year-old son & Myles, the 9-year-old son. Zori is an ideal family dog, being active, enjoying camping, and eager to participate in all aspects of family life.

Raven is kennel-trained and responds well to leash training during walks, although she takes time to warm up in new environments, as she remains hesitant and is still adjusting to the outside world. Story
Scar is a handsome dude with a not-so-nice start to life. He was trapped when he was 5 months old cause he had never been socialized or the owner never spent time with him, just fed him when he could. He has been in our care for a year and has come a looong ways! Scar is good with people, still skiddish sometimes but overall has turned into a pretty happy boy. Loves the outdoors and other dogs. Better off in a home with another dog and a quiet home.

Story
🐾 Hi, I’m Loki! 🐾 I’m a 4-month-old Husky mix puppy living in Brandon, Manitoba, and I’m looking for my forever humans through A Tail to Tell Frontline Rescue. Here’s what you should know about me: I’m very adorable (people tell me this constantly), super smart, and a little bit goofy. I already know sit, lay down, touch, and roll over, and I’m working hard on learning spin. If treats are involved… I learn even faster. 🍖 I weigh about 30 lbs right now, but I’m still just a puppy, so I have lots of growing (and adventuring) left to do. My favorite things include: 🎾 Toys 🐕 Playing with my foster dog brother 🍪 Treats 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Hanging out with my people I’m mostly house trained, I walk well on a leash, and I sleep perfectly in my crate all night like a very good boy. During the day I might complain a little if I have to stay in my crate… but I’m working on it. I’m gentle with kids, great with other dogs, and I would LOVE a home with an active family and a fenced yard. Another dog to play with would be amazing… but honestly I just really love being with my humans. Sometimes I pick up things like socks, shoes, or cords because I’m a curious puppy… but I’m already learning “leave it”and getting better every day. ✨ I’m vaccinated, and my neuter is included with adoption. If you think we might be best friends, please apply to adopt me through the rescue’s website. — Loki 🐾
