Story
Lola is the sweetest girl around! Lola had a rough start to life, she spent months in the shelter not allowing anyone near her after spending months roaming around Amory. Finally, a foster stepped up to bring her home and rehabilitate her. It was months before she allowed them to touch her or put a leash on her. On top of that we found out she was heart worm positive. Eventually she started to open up to her foster family and started her heart worm treatment. Lola is now finished with her heart worm treatment and is the happiest, sweetest, most loving dog! She is potty trained, loves toys, treats, cuddling her humans, and is absolutely obsessed with other dogs! Lola is constantly cuddling her people on the couch and sleeps between their heads in bed at night! When she's not sleeping next to her people, she's playing with her foster siblings! Although Lola has made incredible progress, she will need a patient and loving home that understands she will need time to acclimate to a new environment. Apply for her today!

Story
We found Spots abandoned on the side of the road and have had him since then (he was a puppy when found). He is approximately 2-3 years old. I would like his new home to have a fenced in back yard and for him to have lots of time to play and get his energy out. He is a very good dog, and we love him so much. Unfortunately, in our current situation we just don't have the time available to give to him and all his energy. He is crate trained, but will bark if not let out immediately. He has been around my outdoor cats and will try to chase them (but he's always leashed).

Story
Meet Chandler, a resilient dog with a remarkable story of survival. This courageous canine was discovered in a dire state, starved and abandoned in the county, yet he managed to overcome these hardships. Chandler, at approximately 2 years old, proved his strength by testing negative for heartworm. Chandler has a heart as big as his journey, showering love upon everyone he meets. His affectionate nature makes him an ideal companion for families, as he adores people of all ages, including small children. Chandler has a hearty appetite, with an adventurous palate, so keeping an eye on potential food items is essential. Additionally, he bears a bite wound on his back, suggesting that he may have had some difficult encounters with other dogs. Despite his past challenges, Chandler's resilience, love for people, and his ability to find joy in life make him a special and endearing companion for those willing to give him the love and care he truly deserves.October 17, 2024, 4:55 pm

Story
Tilly is the sweetest, most laid back dog in the entire world. She almost never barks, and follows you around the house and will hang out by your feet or on the couch with you all day. Her favorite thing in the world is belly rubs and treats! She’s not super active, but enjoys a nice walk, and at the end of a long day she’ll walk right back into her crate on her own! She’s a great family dog and has always done well with kids. We recently got kicked out of our home and had to downsize to a small apartment and she just won’t fit. She deserves a good home with more space for her to hang out and get lots of love. When adopting her, you’ll also get her large crate, a crate mat, some blankets, whatever food we have left, her leash, deshedding brush, and food bowls!
