Story
Let me tell you about my previous life. I used to have a family back then. My previous owner asked their parents to take care of me, but they were overwhelmed by everything. They decided to look for another family for me in and I'm looking for a family from Canada/ US. Hi, I’m Bolt. I’m 2.5 years old, Jindo mix, and very energetic. If you are up for the task of raising a very energetic, young, busy little bumble bee- THAT’S ME!! I’m highly energetic and love to play. I would love to meet a family who is very active and strong enough to control me. I’m very affectionate and loving – no stranger danger here. I love to get petted and enjoy the attention. I love to show my belly to everybody and belly scratches are the best! I even let children pet me. With other dogs, I would slowly introduce myself, but I tend not to play or wrestle with new friends. I would prefer to play with humans or smell things around. I feel a little uncomfortable meeting a dog who is very excited and hyper. If the dog is overly excited and does not keep a distance, I would highly recommend you take me somewhere to have my own space. I need special attention when I meet overly excited dogs. If the dog shows aggression, I would not avoid it, I would go against them. I have never met a cat before but I would likely chase the cat and small animals. I tend to chase a ball and anything that moves. When I see the bird during walks, I tend to chase and follow. I even stop playing and tries to chase a small animal. Be extra careful when walking, because like my name, I would be bolting out. Because of these reasons, I will be working on LAT training while waiting for my family. I have a high energy level. If I don’t get enough playtime and outdoor activities, I might bother you so much at home. I could bark or destroy things because of boredom. But if I get enough activities, I tend to chill at home. I’m quite a good walker, but I might pull or bolt out when I see small animals. Other than that, I would love to sniff here and there and enjoy the weather. I would not guard resources against people but if there is another dog, I would growl and try to protect my food. Little more about me, I don’t have separation anxiety but will likely have it later if I don’t get proper training. Also, I would bark if I need and want something. I’m used to riding a car. In the crate, I would be calm in the car. I’m potty-trained. Most of the time, I would go outdoor- potty but I would mark territory when I go to a new place. I need lots of attention and training, but I’m so ready to learn and explore a new world with you! If you think I can be your forever friend, please contact my trusted team. Story
I was roaming around the developing/rural area with my siblings and was luckily rescued in 2022. Hi, I’m Navy! I’m 1 year old, Jindo Mix, a bit shy at first and needs time to warm up. I have such long legs, a sharp face, and a gentle soul. Such a perfect dog already. I’m really friendly with doggy friends. I will show my belly to all my friends and wag my tail to welcome them. My foster mom said I will do much better if a dog friend is already in my new family. I learn a lot from my friends and they make me comfortable when I need to adjust to a new environment. I allow pets but am not too used to being petted. I think a little treat would help me to warm up quickly. I’m trying to get used to living with people and one day I will get there! I get a little shy with people but you can easily hold and lift me. Since I’m not too close to people, I did not know what to do when walking on a leash. Currently, I’m on leash training and got soooo much better. I walk well in a quiet area but if the road is too crowded and has lots of urban noises, I get a little afraid so I try to run away. I need ongoing leash training and if you could help me, I would do a lot better in the future. I’m very food motivated. I do not guard any resources towards people or other dogs but just in case please feed me in a separate space from other dogs. I’m really good in the crate so you can feed me in the crate to separate me from other dogs. Also, I love to chew. I would less likely to destroy the toys and bones I adore! Oh lastly, don’t put any food on the counter. I can reach that so easily with my long legs :) Please reach out to my team if you think I’m the one! Story
Are you looking to adopt an affectionate senior dog? Please meet Jaesoon. She is shy at first, but opens up to people very quickly. She eats treats from a stranger's hand. Treats will make her open up more quickly. She is active for her age. When she feels good, she is happy and playful. Despite this bright personality, she's been through a lot. She was found neglected in a dirty house in January 2018. When police officers went in the house, one dog was dead. The other 3 dogs were suffering bad skin disease. It turned out that the dead dog died from hunger and thirst. Jaesoon's collar was too tight. Her neck grew into the collar - cutting a deep wound into her flesh. She had an emergency surgery and thankfully recovered well. She used to hate someone touching her neck. It was understandable. But for the past 5 years in a no kill shelter, she got much better. Now she allows head and chin scratches and seems to enjoy those. What she still doesn't like is touching her paws or belly and lifting her. We hope someday she overcomes those, too. She hasn't learned how to get along well with other dogs. She is nice to some dogs, but is cranky to others. She tends to be more cranky to puppies. So a home where she can be an only dog would be ideal. Story
Venus may initially be a bit shy when meeting new people, but she warms up quickly. She is comfortable taking treats from strangers and allows people to lift her. Her friendly nature and willingness to interact with others make her a sociable companion. When it comes to other dogs, Venus greets them with a friendly "Hello," but she is less likely to engage in play. However, she gets along well with dogs of all sizes and ages. If she encounters a dog showing aggression, Venus prefers to avoid the situation rather than escalate it. Having other dogs around makes her feel more at ease, so having a canine companion at home would be beneficial for her. Venus has a low energy level and prefers a calm and relaxed environment. While she may pull a bit on the leash during walks, she generally follows her handler well. If she strongly wants to go somewhere or doesn't want to continue, she may pull and sit. In the presence of loud noises or things that scare her, she seeks comfort and security by sticking close to her handler. She walks well in quiet areas but may be a bit apprehensive on busy streets. Additionally, sudden movements may startle her, causing her to try to bolt away. Resource guarding is not a concern for Venus as she doesn't exhibit it towards people or other dogs. However, due to her attachment to people, she may develop separation anxiety in the future. While she hasn't shown any signs yet, it's something to be aware of. Venus is not a frequent barker and does well when crated. Occasionally, she may breathe heavily in the crate, but she does not experience car sickness. Since she is not accustomed to car rides, she may require assistance getting in and out of the car due to fear. Venus is potty-trained and understands to do her business outdoors. With her calm demeanour and gentle nature, she would make a wonderful companion for someone seeking a relaxed and loyal canine friend. Rescue Story: Venus was rescued from the dog puppy mill in 2020 in Goyang City, South Korea. *She is currently in South Korea and will be flying to Canada if she finds a forever home To see more videos: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLIsLTtIpe3JwlFaSEvQwq1d5p2XQ100WV To see more pictures: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1lSRIcvpJvFyObaf8bZdKm184YU-WKG_A?usp=sharing Health-Related Diagnosed as patella luxation stage 2 on her right leg

Story
She was rescued from a dog slaughterhouse in Suwon City, South Korea in 2022 Initially, on her first day in her foster home, she was timid and unsure of her new surroundings. However, this gentle girl quickly warmed up within 2-3 days. She showed trust by exposing her belly and eagerly seeking pets from her foster mom. Dobby prefers a slower pace, but if you patiently wait for her, she will approach you first, secretly desiring affection. Dobby is good with children. Although she may have been scared by loud noises or screaming, she gradually learned to trust and sought out affection from children. She became a loyal companion, following them around and enjoying their company. When it comes to other dogs, Dobby approaches them with a gentle demeanor and allows them to sniff her. She is more inclined to interact with smaller dogs and may exhibit more independence at the dog park when encountering larger dogs. During walks, Dobby tends to pull a bit on the leash. At the beginning, she was reluctant to go outside and would quickly return home after doing her business. However, with practice and consistent outings, she grew more comfortable and confident. After a week of fostering, she began showing her true personality, happily sniffing around and even engaging in zoomies at the park. Dobby prefers not to have the collar and leash put on, but once they are on, she walks well and follows the handler's lead. Dobby has a low to moderate energy level and is incredibly calm inside the house. She is not prone to barking and understands the command "NO" when she does make a sound. Dobby is intelligent and aware of her surroundings. While she may show curiosity and stare at birds, she is less likely to chase after them. Dobby is not highly motivated by food and eats moderately. She enjoys treats but is not overly food-driven. She is fully house-trained and has never had an accident at home. In the car, Dobby may drool a bit due to her unfamiliarity with car rides. It is helpful to have someone hold and guide her into the car. However, when it's time to exit the car, she can do so independently. For those seeking a calm, loving, and mellow companion, Dobby would be a perfect match. Her transformation from a timid rescue dog to a trusting and affectionate companion showcases her resilience and capacity for love. Story
I need some time to get comfortable around people. After 3-7 days, I would get used to the environment, more relaxed and less watchful. Since I’m a little chicken, I would get frightened by loud noises, especially when children scream. I would do better in an environment that is calmer and quieter. I would let strangers lift me but I’m not too comfortable yet. I’m good with all sizes and ages of dogs. I have experience living with bigger dogs and I did not show that much interest. I’m more of an independent girl who wants to stay low. I would sometimes show some interest in dogs but be less likely to play with them. Surprisingly I have a moderate-high energy level. If people are not near me, I would show my true personality where I would move around and enjoy sniffing here and there. If somebody looked at me, I would freeze. When walking, I follow the handler pretty well. I don’t walk straight; I would go around you. I walk well in a quiet areas but get afraid of busy streets and loud noises. I would not guard resources towards people. I would bark when a stranger comes in and if I need something I would bark as well I’m crate trained and potty-trained Rescue Story: She was rescued from the puppy mill in 2017. *She is currently in South Korea and will be flying to Canada/US if she finds a forever home Health-Related: -Need teeth cleaning before she flies to Canada/US -Got Rabies,DHPPL,Influenza,Heartworm,Flea/tick,Corona vaccines
