This guy was dumped at a friends ranch and has not been claimed. I took him in because I have space.He loves being outside! Looks like a GSD(smaller side 60lbs), acts sassy like a husky and prefers laying in the yard like a pyrenese, no matter the weather but comes inside at night. He has lots of energy so would do best with a buddy and/or a big yard to run in. Gets along great with my chihuahua! He had a broken infected tooth so it was pulled. Fully vetted. Have records. He’s approx 1 1/2 per vet. I am currently on 45 acres but am downsizing as I have upcoming surgeries and he needs room to roam as he is young. Plus I’m old! He’s not dominant, not aggressive but will def notify and guard his place! (Chihuahua mix not for sale; for scale only)

Joy is a wonderful Senior Lady who has been with SafeHaven the longest. She is a Puppy mill Momma and is awesome when it comes to being around adults and considerate teenagers but because of her size, we do not recommend that she be around children only because when she plays, she may knock them down. She is heart worm negative. She loves hanging out with her foster dad and going bird and deer watching. She is a great with the Foster's elderly father and may be right for a senior looking for companionship.

He would do best as your only dog. He would make an excellent Therapy or Service Dog as he is highly intelligent. He loves walks and plays in the yard. He is housebroken. fully Vetted and Neutered.
