Story
Meet Freyr, the gentle giant with a heart of gold! This Dogo Argentino mix, just over a year old and tipping the scales at over 75 lbs, was rescued from the county euthanasia list and is now flourishing in his foster home. Freyr may seem shy and reserved at first, but once he warms up, he reveals his goofy and playful side. He's a master of hide-and-seek, loves snuggling up with a blanket, and even tucks himself in for a cozy nap. Sunbathing is one of his favorite pastimes, and he enjoys soaking up the rays whenever he can. While he's extremely sweet, Freyr will need a patient adopter who can give him the time and space he needs to come out of his shell fully. He initially arrived at the shelter with a furry friend, so he may benefit from having another dog in the home for companionship. Freyr's ideal family would have someone home more often than not, as he still struggles with separation anxiety due to his past. Rest assured, he'll be neutered and up to date on all vaccinations before finding his forever home.

Story
In the charming town of Gilbert, there lives a spirited dog named Jack. At 1 1/2 years old and weighing in at 94 pounds, Jack is a bundle of energy and affection. He's always up for an adventure and loves car rides. Despite his size, he believes he's a lap dog and relishes cuddles. Jack has a mixed social resume. He's great with kids once they get to know each other, and he can befriend dogs his size on neutral ground. However, he takes his role as a protector seriously when it comes to his home. Cats and small animals are not his cup of tea, so he's best suited for a cat-free environment. On the training front, Jack is top-notch. He's current on vaccinations, neutered, and fully housetrained. Walks with him are a breeze, thanks to his excellent leash manners. He also knows basic commands, making him an obedient companion. Jack's intelligence and enthusiasm make him a promising candidate for agility training. He loves learning new tricks and enjoys swimming. Currently living with four other furry pals, including his littermate, Jack faces a challenge known as Littermate Syndrome. This has led to some bullying behaviors with his brother and the other dogs. The only solution is to separate them. Jack longs for a loving home where he can be a cherished human companion or coexist with another large but submissive dog. If you feel a connection with this lively pup, or if you'd like to meet him, please contact Shelby at shelbyscalise@gmail.com. Jack is ready to embark on new adventures and create lasting memories with his forever family. Courtesy post through Valley Dogs.

Story
Hi! My name is Jameson (Jamee as my foster family calls me). We think my birthday is around 7/14/2016 but I look like a young adult. I am a large teddy bear who LOVES people (big and small) and toys! I have a lot of love to give to my new family. I prefer not to share my love with other pet siblings - my foster mom thinks there is some history behind this preference. All I need is two meals (snacks would be nice!), two small walks a day, and plenty of love and affection! I sleep through the night on my bed and lounge on my soft blanket, I don't damage anything in the house, and I am fully house trained. I give my all to any family that wants me, I believe every dog has its family and I hope you are mine! If you would like to get to know me better, please schedule a meet and greet with my foster family or rescue. Feel a 'Love Connection'?
