Story
Sweet Pea needs a foster or foster to adopt in So Cal ASAP. She’s a 1 1/2 year old Dogo Argentino mix. She is very sweet dog. She does seem to be deaf or at least have selective hearing. She does need some time to adjust in a new home, but she loves people and seems non reactive with other dogs and cats. She can escape a fenced yard, so she will need to be kept inside unless you're outside with her. She's pretty good in a crate and we can provide one for a foster to use. She still needs to be spayed. That is included in her adoption. She loves the car and is pretty good on leash. Currently in need of new foster in So Cal or can be adopted anywhere in California. Adoption fee of $400 includes spay/neuter, core vaccines (DAPP and rabies), microchip, access to training videos. You must complete an application before we are able to accommodate any request for a meet and greet. Please apply here to adopt: Adoption Application or to foster apply here: Foster Application Thank you!

Story
Marley and Stella are a bonded pair of Dogo Argentinos that we rescued a while back. Both came from very bad situations previously and we stepped in to help. We were going back and forth over the last year or so debating if we could keep them or not as we already have two other rescues that are older. Marley and Stella love each other but do not get along with other same sex dogs. We keep them separate from our other dogs but this has become very challenging now that we have also welcomed our first born daughter into our lives. We are willing to keep them until a great home is found, but have decided that long-term this is not the best set up for neither us nor the dogs. Both are absolutely snuggly and love us, our daughter and 18 year old cat. Same sex dogs are the only problem for both of them. They are house trained and up to date on shots. A good and forever home is a must. We will also always take them back should things not work out.

Story
How this pet arrived: Felipe was brought in by a Field Service Officer on November 5, 2025.Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Felipe! Felipe wandered in one day with the softest eyes and the calmest presence... and absolutely zero awareness of just how big he is. According to him, he's a compact lap dog who should absolutely be allowed to drape his whole body across yours at any moment. He recently had his right back leg amputated on 11/12/25, and he's adjusting to the tripod life with steady determination. He'll be taking it slow while he rebuilds strength, and he'll be rocking his E-collar until his staples come out around 12/1. He's not a fan of the fashion statement, but he's handling it with admirable patience. He has had some straining when he pees - something that started before surgery. His tests and x-rays didn't show a cause, though the post-op inflammation may have made it more noticeable. If it keeps up, a quick vet visit is recommended. Felipe is a sweet gentle giant with a heart that feels too big for his body. He leans in close, nudges your hand softly, and somehow manages to squeeze his whole giant self into your lap like it's the most natural thing in the world. And once he's healed? That goofy, playful, bounce-around spirit is ready to burst out - the one that makes you laugh and shake your head and think, how is this huge marshmallow so sweet? Are you ready to help him bounce back and celebrate every wiggly, giant goofball moment ahead? Come meet him and fall head over paws! Primary Color: White Weight: 89.4 Age: 4yrs 1mths 1wks

Story
I refer to my Jade a one of the girls. She’s a big baby. She does well with dogs but I would recommend keeping her away from hyper dogs. We are a family of 6 with 4 girls ranging from 15-4 years of age. We have never had an issue at home. She does well with my girls. I do not recommend she go to a home with small children. We have had her since she was a puppy. She is an indoor dog that is kennel trained. We just want a safe home for her. She is pure dojo.
