She’s a happy, playful, and cuddly pup who loves attention and thrives on human companionship. Evita is smart, friendly, and eager to please — plus she’s crate-trained and doing wonderfully with house training. While she’s still building her endurance on walks, she enjoys getting outside and is learning how to navigate the world on three legs. She’ll need a little patience and encouragement when she gets tired, but her progress and spirit will inspire you every day. She’s curious and social but can be timid around new people and pets at first, so a gentle introduction works best. Once she warms up, her affectionate nature shines through and she loves to cuddle. She’s also easily redirectable and appreciates a helping hand (especially for those hard-to-reach back-leg scratches!). She was rescued along with her mom, Olympia, and five siblings from a homeless camp where they were living under a bridge in a high-traffic area. Thanks to her devoted momma, Odessa had the love and care she needed to grow strong and happy. Now, Odessa is ready to find a forever family of her own! She’s incredibly friendly, loves everyone she meets, and has a blast playing with her toys and wrestling with her siblings. With her loving personality and joyful energy, Odessa will make a wonderful companion for any home. Her adoption fee is $300, and you can apply for her at www.adoggie4you.org.
