Hi! My name is Blizzard. I am a 55-pound, 1-year-old Dogo Argentino mix. Sounds cool doesn't it! The only bummer part is that up to 25% of all of us are born deaf or have hearing loss, including me. (Watch the video linked in my bio!) I am an ahh-mazing happy go lucky guy who gets along with everyone, from kids to adults to small dogs to big dogs to kitties. I was in a boarding and training facility for a while, where I learned how to sit, stay, come, and lay down - all with hand commands! I walk pretty well on a leash, too. Now I'm in a foster home, and am basically the perfect house guest, other than I can't hear when they call me for dinner. I can keep my crate clean over night for about 8 hours but do need a potty break after that. I'm looking for an active family who can match my energy and who has a fenced in yard. This is super important because if I get loose, I won't hear you calling me to come back home. A fence will keep me contained and make sure I can always find my way back to you. Are you ready to welcome some spring snow in the form of me, Blizzard, into your home? All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the location as it is a privately run boarding, training, and grooming facility. Meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters. Sammy is a 5 year old boxer mix. She is happy, energetic, and eager to please like most boxers.  Sammy has had extensive training with a couple trainers and does well with commands. She knows to stay in her yard and one of her favorite things to do is go to Grandma's to run in the fields and woods. She loves people and will soak up all the attention you can give her. She plays well with other dogs in structured play but is unable to manage her resource guarding well enough to live with other dogs. Sammy has been with the same family since she was 12 weeks old so there is a lot of information to share about her. Sammy is looking for a new home due to the circumstances of her current family and how those do not provide Sammy with the home she deserves. As mentioned, Sammy does resource guard (food, toys, bed) with other dogs so would need to be the only dog in the home. While she loves kids she isn't very aware of how she can knock over a toddler or small children so please 5 years old and up. ##1815077##
