Story
Hi! My name is Blizzard. I am a 55-pound, 1-year-old Dogo Argentino mix. Sounds cool doesn't it! The only bummer part is that up to 25% of all of us are born deaf or have hearing loss, including me. (Watch the video linked in my bio!) I am an ahh-mazing happy go lucky guy who gets along with everyone, from kids to adults to small dogs to big dogs to kitties. I was in a boarding and training facility for a while, where I learned how to sit, stay, come, and lay down - all with hand commands! I walk pretty well on a leash, too. Now I'm in a foster home, and am basically the perfect house guest, other than I can't hear when they call me for dinner. I can keep my crate clean over night for about 8 hours but do need a potty break after that. I'm looking for an active family who can match my energy and who has a fenced in yard. This is super important because if I get loose, I won't hear you calling me to come back home. A fence will keep me contained and make sure I can always find my way back to you. Are you ready to welcome some spring snow in the form of me, Blizzard, into your home? All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Story
Friend! Thanks for stopping by, I sure love visitors and can't wait to tell you all about my favorite thing...ME! I am a sweet, young boxer mix who was picked up as a stray, wandering down the road with my sister. Seems likely my owner kicked us out when we got too old to sell, so we took to the streets. Thankfully we didn't have to stay there long and found our way to some amazing people called DOG RESCUERS. I've been in a foster home for a while now, and what I can tell you is that I love my foster family, and I love to play with the dogs who already lived in the home. It takes me just a bit to warm up to new people; after all, I was tossed out like trash before so am nervous of that happening again. My ideal home would have another playful dog for me to learn from; not only will it help get my energy out, but it would also help me learn house manners and will help me bond with my human family. I am crate trained and doing great on potty training, with only an occasional accident. Pretty much the perfect package here. Please consider applying to adopt me; I would really love a family to call my own! All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the location as it is a privately run boarding, training, and grooming facility. Meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters. Age: 8 months Adoption fee: $350

Story
Venus: the Roman goddess of love and beauty. Venus: also my name and, while I'm not Roman, I was picked up as a stray, roamin'. I am around 2 years old and 40 pounds, and have the most beautiful face you might have ever seen. When I was picked up, I tested positive for heartworm and was covered in urine stains, which means that I probably spent a lot of time outside, in a small area where I had to sleep on the same spot that I used the bathroom. This almost ended in a death sentence for me, until Multiple Breed Rescue agreed to take me, get me the treatment I needed, and give me a chance to find a real forever family. I am partway through my heartworm treatment now. I have two injections to get still, on May 13 & 14. After that, I need another 30 days of low activity, then I can start resuming normal life. You don't need to worry about my heartworm, though. You can't catch it from me, and I can't give it to other pets in your home, so other than staying calm for a little while longer it's not really a big deal for me, and I hope it's not a deal breaker for you. Afterall, the alternative was that I was going to be euthanized, so picking treatment was a no brainer for me! I've been in a foster home for a little while now, and my foster mom really loves me. I like to be in my crate, and I like to go on leashed walks, which works out well with my treatment plan. I get along great with the people I meet, including kids, and have gotten along great with other dogs, too. I love to get cuddles and pets from my foster family, and they like that I don't slobber them with too many kisses. I like to play with toys, and am very treat and food motivated. I don't chew things I shouldn't, I don't get into the garbage or take things off the counter, and I am potty trained so only do my business outside. Foster mom says I am the best girl, and she seems to really know what she's talking about, so I believe her when she tells me that. My ideal family is one that will take me on adventures, who has plenty of toys for me, and who will shower me with the love I deserve. Please pick me to complete your family!
