Story
Hi, my name is Ambassador — aka the Ambassador of Air AND Water!I’m a big, silly puppy with a heart as wide as my zoomies. When I first arrived at the shelter, I had a bit of emotional baggage. My friends here called me a Nervous Nelly, but with some love, patience, and lots of treats, I’ve started to blossom. These days, I’m a total social butterfly — I greet everyone with my signature wiggle and enthusiasm! And can we talk about water?! Whether it’s a sprinkler, hose, or even a splashy puddle, I’m all in. I love to play in running water — it’s one of my favorite things, right up there with toys, snacks, and, well...you.I’ve got some serious hops (LeBron, watch out!) and a goofy charm that makes everyone smile. I’m super food-motivated, which means training with me will be both fun and rewarding. So if you`re looking for a loyal adventure buddy with a zest for life and a splash of silliness, come meet me. I promise you’ll never be bored again! Did we mention that he really LOVES running water? More photos/video of this wonderful pup can be found here: https://tinyurl.com/AdoptableAmbassador

Story
Professional Party Host. Snack Enthusiast. Chair Percher Extraordinaire. If Grace were a person, she’d be the life of the party with snacks in her purse and zero personal shame about snorting when she laughs. She's a lovable Staffordshire Bull Terrier with a big personality, an even bigger heart, and absolutely no concept of being subtle. Grace is the kind of dog who believes every person she meets was placed on this earth specifically to adore her- and honestly, it’s hard not to. She’s confident, goofy, and always ready to entertain, whether that’s with her joyful zoomies or her truly impressive range of signature sounds. Her happy pig snorts, dramatic “mad bull” grumbles, and Olympic-level piggy snores are all part of her charm. Life with Grace is never quiet, but it is always fun. At home, Grace considers herself both ruler and supervisor of the household. Her favorite place to perch is on a chair or the highest couch cushion she can claim, where she can properly oversee her kingdom. She takes her job seriously, especially when it comes to monitoring snack distribution. Grace is highly food motivated, which makes training a breeze. If treats are involved, she is focused, eager, and ready to show off her polite sit for meals and rewards. She’s currently thriving on a limited-ingredient diet of pork, fish, and lamb to help manage food allergies, and she’s quite pleased with the menu. Grace would do best in a house rather than an apartment or condo, as she appreciates space and has some strong opinions about mysterious outside noises. A yard where she can enjoy sniff adventures would be ideal. She’s crate trained and sleeps happily in her crate at night or when her people are away. When left alone, she’s perfectly content with a frozen Kong, her favorite enrichment activity. Socially, Grace is a people-loving superstar. She greets friends and strangers alike with enthusiasm and affection. With other dogs, she can be selective and prefers larger dogs who understand and respect personal space, though she would likely be happiest as your one-and-only. When it comes to cats, she’s still a work in progress- if they run, she’s inclined to chase. Because she loves to play and doesn’t always realize her own strength and speed, she’s best suited for a home with kids 10 and up. Grace does have environmental and food allergies that require continued veterinary support. She receives regular Cytopoint injections and uses Apoquel as needed for flare-ups. The good news is that her skin is improving beautifully with her current care plan. She adores stuffed toys, squeaky balls, and, if you know, you know, corn cob toys. Potty training is going very well, with only the occasional weather-related setback. Grace is equal parts comedian, cuddle bug, and loyal companion. She will fill your home with laughter, snorts, and unconditional love. If you’re ready for a confident, hilarious, food-loving queen to claim your couch and your heart, Grace is waiting to meet you. 💕

Story
Meet Petunia! Age: 7 Months | Breed: Boxer Mix | Coat: Short & Sleek Say hello to Petunia — the kind of dog who wins your heart the moment she walks through the door. This sweet seven-month-old Boxer mix has a personality so gentle and loving that it's nearly impossible not to fall for her instantly. Whether she's trotting happily on a leash, chasing a ball across the yard, or curling up close to her favorite person, Petunia is exactly the kind of companion who makes every day a little brighter. At seven months old, Petunia is fully embracing her puppy era — curious, playful, and always ready for the next adventure. She loves to explore her surroundings and has a natural enthusiasm for life that is both charming and contagious. Like any good puppy, she appreciates having plenty of toys on hand to keep those busy jaws occupied, and she thrives when her energy is channeled through regular walks, outdoor playtime, and consistent structure. The good news? She's already making incredible strides. Petunia is almost fully housebroken, has been making impressive progress with her basic commands, and settles in beautifully in her crate at night. She's the kind of puppy who genuinely wants to do well — and it shows. Her short, sleek coat is easy to maintain with only minimal shedding, making her a relatively low-maintenance girl in the grooming department. But at the end of the day, what truly sets Petunia apart is her heart. She loves her people deeply and just wants to be close to them. She'll spend the afternoon playing fetch and exploring outside, then happily curl up beside you when the day winds down. If you're looking for a sweet, playful, and deeply loving companion who will keep you smiling all day and cuddle you all night — Petunia just might be your perfect match.  Adoption fee: $525, includes spay, 2 DAPP, Rabies, deworming, flea preventative, microchip   If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application and a representative will get back to you shortly to answer any questions you may have.
