Story
Hello, my name is Mama Snow (aka Stockton). I am a little over 1 years old and a former mama. I am now looking for a patient home of my own. I am reserved and shy at the shelter and a little leery of new people. I would do best in a quiet home without small children. I will probably flourish in a patient home of my own, where I am allowed to take my time getting used to my new surroundings. Once I learn to trust someone, I love to be pet.😻 Please complete the adoption application below if you would like to meet this kitty.😻 https://form.jotform.com/210726762218152

Tinker Bean is a sweet, gentle cat looking for her new home. She likes catnip and has a sweet little meow. She is a nervous girl, so she will need time to settle into her new home. Because of her timid nature, any children in her new home are required to be teenage or older. She may do well with other cats in her new home with a slow introduction.Adoption fee: $50Monthly Promotion Applies

Story
Hi this is Snowball, he was born July 2023. He has been around my son since he was 2 months old and has never bit nor scratched at all, he's super calm and sweet. We have another cat as well and they get along very good, they just tend to play at night and I live upstairs so have received some complaints and can no longer house both cats. He has his shots and has been dewormed, no fee as he is not neutered.

Story
Charlie cat is an adventurer! She was born here in Sacramento and then spent years in the Bay Area with her dad and roommates enjoying the cool weather and snuggles under blankets. When her dad moved to Australia, he asked me (her former roommate) to take her in. We’ve lived here the last four years in Sacramento. She’s loved adventuring around the apartment building meeting all our neighbors and lounging in the sun. I would love to find her a home with a yard where she can explore, while still getting to cuddle every night. She loves to roam and play but still naps for hours a day. If you’re someone looking for a wonderful companion and love couch time she’s your girl!

Story
This pet is part of a bonded pair! Milkman's Profile: https://www.adoptapet.com/pet/41503012-sacramento-california-cat Raised Fat Frank and his litter since they were 6/7 weeks old. Frank, along with Milkman, are both a little over 2 years old, I believe they turned 2 in March/April. Frank is very sweet, very gentle, loves to play, he enjoys playing with a wand but also likes to chase toy mice and balls around. Is a bit of a wallflower scaredy cat, will try to find a hiding spot when new people come around, will need some time to adjust to a new place/routine and new owners. Once he gets used to you and you bond with him, he is extremely affectionate, loves to cuddle and is a total lap cat. Frank is bonded with his brother, Milkman. They get along great together, love to play together and will adjust to a new home WAY better if they stay together. Not sure if Frank likes dogs, but he should get along fine with other cats.

Story
My cat Musik is super cute and loving but recently I formed allergies after having my cat for 8 years.. 😔 Also we live in an apartment and she is scared to go outside where there are kids and dogs, I would really love if she would be adopted by someone who has a house with backyard where she could go out and have fun without being scared of neighbors kids,dogs.. I wish her to find the best new owners since I love her so much and want her to live her best life!! 😢 unfortunately my allergies got the best of me ...

Our Very Wonderful BARN/GARDEN CATS are healthy, stray cats who are not suitable for regular adoption due to their feral behavior at the shelter. Barn/garden cats are fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and ear-tipped, and are available at no charge to you.To acclimate the Barn/Garden Cats to your property, you will need to keep the cat(s) in a fully-enclosed weather-proof structure that will eventually be their home, like a barn/shed/unused garage, for at least two weeks, feeding them at the same time/place every day. The cats must always have this safe, dry shelter with good food and basic care available for the rest of their lives.==>If you are interested in adopting this cat as a barn/garden cat, please complete the barn/garden cat application located at https://animalcare.saccounty.gov/Documents/BarnGardenCatAdoptionApp.pdf and email to Celeste at ingridc@saccounty.gov. Please include the animal ID number in the email subject line.
