Story
Mango was hand-raised by me as a two-week-old kitten along with his brother and is now a sweet but sometimes needy, 16-year-old gentle giant. He is starting to display some cognitive issues due to his age and sometimes caterwauls, mostly at night, and gets confused sometimes. He may be skittish around dogs at first, but he will eventually get used to them as he was around a live-in dog for over two years. Mango needs an adopter who is patient and willing to deal with all of his declining health issues related to his age. I love Mango very much, but personal financial issues have made it to where I have to make the heart-breaking decision to part with my dear Mango and my other cats. UPDATE: URGENT!!! Mango has been stricken with a worsening respiratory infection, and I can't afford to take him to the vet. So will someone please adopt my sweet baby and give him the medical attention he so desperately needs!

Story
Meet Layla – A Gentle Soul Looking for a Quiet, Loving Home Layla is a sweet 8-year-old indoor cat who has been with me since she was a rescued feral kitten. She has grown into a large, loving companion (about 20 lbs) with a gentle, affectionate nature. She enjoys being petted and brushed, especially during quiet times, and is fully litter box trained. Layla has current vet records and a recent checkup showing she is healthy, including negative tests for diabetes and heart issues. Layla has lived with another cat who tended to dominate her, and I believe she will thrive in a calm home where she can feel safe and gain confidence. Indoor only. May scratch furniture and will need appropriate outlets. Loves cozy hiding spots. Due to the recent life changes and the need to downsize, I am seeking a loving, stable home for her. I can provide vet records and help with supplies.

Story
Mylo is a beautiful, energetic, and affectionate girl looking for a loving, patient home. She has a playful personality and loves attention once she feels safe and comfortable. She can be a little shy at first in new environments, so she’ll do best with someone who is patient and willing to give her time to warm up. Once she trusts you, she’s incredibly sweet and becomes a very loving companion. I have a demanding schedule and am often away from home, and Mylo deserves more time and attention than I’m able to give her right now. I’m hoping to find her a home with someone who is around more often and can give her the consistency, care, and love she deserves. This is not an easy decision for me—Mylo is very special to me, and I just want to make sure she goes to the right person and a safe, caring home. She may do best with: • Someone experienced with cats or familiar with shy/slow-to-warm-up personalities • A quieter environment (not too chaotic or loud)

Story
We are heartbroken to rehome our cat, Lilah. She has been a loving part of our family since we took in her stray mother years ago. Now 9 years old, she is sweet, gentle, and has always been a clean, indoor cat. Recently, we brought in my mother-in-law’s 13-year-old cat. While Lilah tried to adjust, she has become very anxious, hides often, and has stopped using the litter box. The vet confirmed she is healthy, so this appears to be stress-related. We’ve tried separating them and other solutions, but nothing has worked. With two young children, we’re concerned about her well-being and continued stress. Lilah has never bitten or scratched anyone and is great with kids. Our older cat cannot be rehomed due to medical needs. Lilah deserves a calm, loving home where she can feel safe and happy again.
