Story
Stella has come a long way since coming into foster care. She came to me scared and angry. She had strong thoughts and would lash out. After 6 months in a safe and stable home Stella is thriving. She is so very playful. She is always ready to chase or soar through the air for a toy. Her most favorite thing is a Churu treat, this is where you’ll earn her trust. Loves loves loves her special treats. Stella wears a calming collar to help her chill out because while she has made improvements she still has her boundaries. In general, she will tell you with a meow and a swat that she is done being pet. Physical touch is something that is earned but it’s so worth it when she lets you pet her super soft fur. It takes time to learn her cues so a patient adopter is a must. In general she is a quality time cat, she likes to be where you are.   Stella gets along with other cats with slow intros (change is hard but she can adjust). But I think she would also thrive as a one and only. Dogs are unknown but I think if the dog left her alone she would be fine after the adjustment period.  April 26, 2024, 9:57 pm

Introducing Tonk, a reserved 1-year-old fluffy twin cat with a shy charm. This introverted feline finds solace in quiet corners and enjoys observing the world from a comfy perch. Tonk may take some time to warm up, but once he trusts you, he'll shower you with gentle affection. Neutered and vaccinated, Tonk is searching for a patient and understanding home where he can blossom into the loving companion he longs to be. If you're looking for a sweet and reflective feline friend, Tonk is the perfect match for a calm and nurturing environment.  April 26, 2024, 9:57 pm

ChipFemale - White and orange - DOB: 6/12/19Let's get this out of the way first. I am female. My name would suggest otherwise, but trust me, I know. When I arrived here I was not in good shape at all. After determining some different allergies that were causing me discomfort, they also realized that I had FIP. Rather than regale you with a Wikipedia definition, let's suffice it to say that I would not have survived without the intervention from the League. By no means has any of that slowed me down. Just ask anyone... I have spunk to last for days. I rule the lobby. I am the best greeter ever. I love to see the comings and goings of everyone. Soon it will be my turn to do the "goings". 💜💜

MufasaMale - Long-Haired Brown Tabby - DOB: 1/2/21While I am CLEARLY a candidate for King of the Adoption Room, I may also be a candidate for Cowardly Lion. I was brought here as a stray. Can you imagine? How long would someone so handsome survive out there in the wild wilderness? So, I'm really glad I'm here, but I'm still adjusting to all of the things. I know that you want nothing more than to give me a big snuggle, but let's work up to that. I do have some trust issues. I just need you to go slowly and we can work on it together. I will be your King, your Duke, or your Prince, if you just give me the chance!
