Lil Bit was rescued from a car engine as a tiny kitten and no one else would take her, so she came home with me. She is a very anxious, but a beautiful little kitty cat. She would probably do well with anxiety meds, but I have never gone that route. She has been with my other kitty (a very alpha cat), who probably added greatly to her stress levels. She’s sweet as can be when you do see her, but she keeps to herself mostly, but loves her evening snuggles and brushing. Lil Bit is 5 lbs of gorgeous little fur ball. Rehoming her because of worsening allergies due to an immune issue.

WINNIE is a big beautiful adult kittie looking for a home with a human who wants a snuggle buddy. She is an 8ish year old 15 pound longhaired dilute Tortie. Winnie is best suited to a quiet home. She would be happiest as an only cat or with another low key adult cat. Winnie loves to have her long beautiful hair brushed. Winnie takes a little time to warm up to new people but once she knows you she will love you with her whole heart. If you'd like to meet Winnie, please fill out a cat adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. You can meet Winnie at our weekly cat adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate. Our cats are fully vetted and require indoor-only homes. All other pets in the home must be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on vaccines. We will not send cats to homes where they will be declawed, a harmful practice that can cause lifelong physical and behavioral problems. Our cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, combo tested, dewormed and microchipped.
