Stackhouse, born April 2025, is a gorgeous longhair brown tabby boy who loves to be held and petted - once he trusts you. He has always been around other cats, so would do best in a home with more felines. He doesn't mind keeping to himself, but if you are his friend, he will be happy to snuggle up with you and be content. Stackhouse would love to find a quiet, calm Home for the Holidays! All pets adopted from the Humane Society of Freeborn County will be spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, testing and will be microchipped. All of this is included in their adoption fee. Fill out an application to adopt at freeborncountyhs.org When transitioning your new pet home please allow for at least 4-6 weeks for your pet to adjust to their new home. They will need this time to decompress, and adjust to a new routine and environment. During that time we will provide check ins and counseling to ensure a successful transition. Liesl is a beautiful longhair black girl born late June 2025. She loves playing with her roommates, but will always take a time out to be held and petted by the shelter volunteers and visitors.
