Story
Eevee is a sweet, people-loving cat who prefers to be the only feline in the home. She’s declawed and enjoys calm companionship with her humans, soaking up attention and affection. Eevee is currently on a special hypoallergenic diet following treatment for an ear infection. Our vet notes that she may be prone to recurrent ear infections, especially in her right ear due to its conformation. If she does well on the diet and avoids future infections, she may need to stay on this food long-term. Eevee is looking for a quiet, cat-free home with someone who can help her stay comfortable and loved.

Story
I am helping my son's fiancee. Her sister had this cat and was not able to care for him properly related to her depression. His fur was very matted and dirty. I have had him for about a month and was finally able to get into the Vet for a visit. He had to be shaved and given antibiotics for the condition of his skin. He will be returning on the 10th of February for rabies and distemper shots. I will not be able to afford the FIV or Feline Leukemia tests but he has been an Indoor cat. He is 9 years old, very friendly loves the brush but he is obese.

Story
Hi there! My name is Steven I’m a little brown long-haired tabby with the most glorious floofy tail you’ve ever seen (seriously, people comment on it all the time). I’m absolutely beautiful, but I’ll be honest with you right from the start. When I first came to the sanctuary, I was feral and very unsure about people. I didn’t trust humans at all, and I needed a lot of space. But with time, patience, love, and, let’s be real, a lot of food, my humans showed me I was safe. And guess what? I decided people are actually pretty wonderful. In a new home, I’ll need that same understanding. I will hide at first. That’s just how I cope while I learn that I’m safe and loved. But if you give me time and let me come to you, I promise I’m worth the wait. Once I trust you, I’m a total sweetheart. I love being petted and will swirl around your legs asking for attention and love. I’m also a big fan of other cats, snuggling them, rubbing against them, or doing what my humans call “snuggle walking.” Friends are important to me. I sleep in the weirdest positions you can imagine. You’d never think I’m comfortable, but I am, very. I also love treats (especially the lickable kind). When visitors come by, I’m usually right there begging, and with my cute little face, it’s basically impossible to say no. Playtime is another favorite of mine! I especially love robotic toys with feathers that spin around. Sometimes I just sit there and let them bop me in the face… maybe it feels good? I’m still figuring that part out. If you think you might be my person (or family), I’d love for you to come meet me. You can visit me any day between 1–5 PM, even on holidays, at our sanctuary. I can’t wait to show you my floofy tail and maybe steal a treat or two. Love,
Steven I have excellent litter box habits. My new perfect family NEEDS to understand that it WILL take me a while to adjust at first and I WILL hide as I settle in. Give me time, patience, and use food as a tool to get me out of my shell — I really am a wonderful cat. I am fully vetted: neutered, microchipped, FIV & FeLV negative, and up-to-date on all my vaccinations. I had a dental recently, so my teeth are all sparkly clean! I require an indoor-only home and, as with all cats — absolutely no declawing. If you are interested in adopting Steven, please message us on Facebook at Furball Farm Cat Sanctuary or email us at FurballFarmCatSanctuary@gmail.com

Story
Hello darlings, my name is Miss Tuffsy. People sometimes smile when they hear my name, and it suits me more than you might think. I’m called Miss Tuffsy not because I’m rough or bold, but because I have a quiet kind of strength. I may be shy at first, but it takes courage to open your heart, and I do that beautifully once I feel safe. I’m a gorgeous long-haired black cat with stunning amber eyes and an absolutely adorable face (so I’m told). I can be a little head-shy in the beginning, but I truly enjoy being petted. Once I get to know you, I soak up affection and show my sweet, gentle side. I love other cats and feel happiest lounging in comfy cat beds or relaxing up high on a cat tree. You’ll often find me stretched out, enjoying a peaceful moment, but I do enjoy playtime too when the mood strikes. I’m looking for a patient, understanding family who will let me warm up at my own pace and appreciate the soft, loving soul beneath my shy exterior. If you do, I promise I’m worth the wait. You can come meet me any day between 1–5 PM, even on holidays, at our sanctuary. I’ll be the elegant black cat lounging gracefully… quietly showing just how strong and sweet Miss Tuffsy really is. I have excellent litter box habits. My new perfect family NEEDS to understand that it WILL take me a while to adjust at first and I WILL hide as I settle in. Give me time, patience, and use food as a tool to get me out of my shell — I really am a wonderful cat.
