Hi there! I’m Coraline — a petite, gorgeously floofy gray-and-white longhair who absolutely loves being told how beautiful I am. (Go on… I’ll wait.) I’m a delightful mix of sweetheart and sass. I adore being petted and will reward you with my soft purrs and loving eyes. But, like any refined lady, I do have my limits — and when I get a bit overstimulated, I might give you a polite little whack to let you know I need a moment to myself. It’s nothing personal; it’s just part of my charm. When I’m not accepting compliments or soaking up affection, you’ll find me sprawled across the coziest bed, looking elegant and perfectly posed (beauty rest is serious business, after all). I’m also great with other cats and wouldn’t mind sharing my kingdom with some furry friends. If you want a stunning companion with a sprinkle of catitude and a whole lot of heart, come meet me!  You can visit me any day between 1–5 pm (even holidays!) at our sanctuary. I’ll be waiting — probably striking a glamorous pose. I have excellent litter box habits. My new perfect family NEEDS to understand that it WILL take me a while to adjust at first and I WILL hide as I settle in. Give me time, patience, and use food as a tool to get me out of my shell — I really am a wonderful cat. I am fully vetted: spayed, microchipped, FIV & FeLV negative, and up-to-date on all my vaccinations. I require an indoor-only home and, as with all cats — absolutely no declawing. She came to the shelter from a home overwhelmed with too many cats, and thanks to her, I got my start in life surrounded by love. But my journey hasn’t been easy. I’m a brave little soul who has faced more than most kittens ever will. I was diagnosed with FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis), a serious illness, and underwent 84 days of intensive treatment. Today, I’m thriving—playful, affectionate, and full of life. I’m ready to find my forever home. Because of my medical history, I need to be adopted with Rex- my littermate who shared this journey and immune exposure with me. Our mom came to Animal Ark from a home that had too many cats. I’ve had quite the journey. I was diagnosed with FIP, but thanks to treatment and lots of care, I’m feeling great now—zooming around, chasing toys, and soaking up snuggles like a pro. I’m looking for a forever home, but I can’t go alone. I need to be adopted with Raya, one of my litter mates—we’ve been through everything together, and we’re a perfect pair. Because of my past with FIP, I can’t live with other cats with the exception of Raya. It’s just safer that way.
