Story
Joanne spent the majority of her life outdoors living under a porch. A good Samaritan took pity on her and brought her to the shelter. We don't know if she's ever had a home but we couldn't bear to put her back on the street to suffer. She's quite frightened of her new surroundings but fortunately she is all bark and no bite! After a few good neck scratches, she even starts to purr. She definitely wants love, but she will need a quiet home with a patient and experienced family.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Who doesn’t enjoy a Reese’s Cup?  Well I am a four year old calico beauty and my name is Reese. I love to play with toys- laser, feathers. Shimmery material on a stick- whatever you have would probably catch my attention works too! I also enjoys laying on her cat tree and looking out the window at all the action below.  I am still adjusting to a new foster house and new people as I have only ever lived with one person before where I was the one and only. I received ALL the attention. If you like sweet cats and think I could be your next furever friend- apply today @buffalocares.org   Adoption fee: $ 100.00 RR048  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.All dogs come fully up to date on shots, microchipped, heart worm tested, de-wormed, on flea and heart worm preventative, and spayed/neutered.  If interested in learning more or adopting please fill out an application on our website at www.buffalocares.org. Story
Looking for a home for Bijou. Her owner was moved into assisted living and we took her in to find her a home, but are moving across the country and cannot take her with us. She’s a sweet girl who minds her own business and is very independent, but also loves to be loved and pet and is absolutely beautiful.

Story
Meet GiGi! GiGi is an approximately 2 year old female long-haired tabby. She was found as a stray in Elmwood Village and is looking to be the queen of the castle. About GiGi: GiGi is extremely vocal and loves to converse with her humans. Her love language is quality time and while she may not be a lap cat, she loves to be in her humans presence. She loves to lounge around, especially in a high place like a cat tree/wall. Her favorite toys are wand toys, crinkle balls, and laser pointers. GiGi’s Ideal Home: GiGi would thrive with an experienced adopter who understands her unique needs. She is best suited for a household with no children and no other cats, as she can be territorial and aggressive, particularly around food. Special Needs: GiGi is currently on anti-anxiety medication to manage her behavioral issues. It is uncertain if this behavior would resolve in a solo cat home or if continued medication would be needed. She is spayed and up to date on vaccines.
