Story
***Please read the following requirements before applying for Lilah.*** 1. She needs a quiet home without children. 2. She needs a patient adopter who will give her time to adapt and socialize. That could be weeks or months or even years. 3. She needs at least one other young, playful cat in the home with her. This kitty's adoption fee is 50% off! Thank you to Kia and Petfinder for the grant that made this possible! Available: Now Approximate DOB: 8/1/22 Lilah is a sweet but VERY shy girl. When we first pulled her from the shelter, she was absolutely terrified of people. She has been in her foster home since April 2023 and is still very shy. Lilah LOVES to play with toys (her favorite is a ball-track) and loves playing with other cats, especially our girl cats. She is still quite a bit shy around people, but with patience, gentle words and gentle pets, she could blossom into a wonderful companion. Her ideal home would be a quiet home without children that is willing to be patient, work with her and not demand anything of her. She need to socialize at her own pace. She needs to have at least one other young, playful cat with her. Kitty's adoption fee covers spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, age-appropriate distemper vaccines, FeLV/FIV test, flea treatment, microchip & registration and dewormer. We believe that kitties should have a feline friend! For their health and happiness, we highly recommend that kitties be adopted in pairs. If you adopt more than one kitty, you will receive a discount of $25 per kitty. Previous adopters will receive a $25 discount on their new kitty. If this will be your first kitty, we suggest that you check out this site for a lot of important information: Cat Adoption Checklist. People think cats are easy pets, but they are very unique and there is a lot to learn. There is a lot of information online, and you are always welcome to ask us our advice. You'll want to make sure you have all the basic supplies before you bring a baby home: nutrious food, bowls (not plastic), litter, litter pan, litter scoop, toys, scratchers & cat trees, nail clippers and a cat carrier. ##1681394##

Story
Hank is a very loving boy who is really deserves a great home. He has had a hard time in life, living on his own and was badly injured, probably by a coyote. Hank is very lucky that an animal rescue volunteer found him and hundreds of dollars later, he is now very healthy, completely vetted, fixed and up-to-date on his shots. Hank has a beautiful thick black coat and loves to cuddle. He just wants to be loved so badly. Not sure of his exact age but Hank really deserves a loving home and a chance to start living the good life. He doesn't get along with other male cats but loves girl kitties - he loves the girl cats he is living with now in his foster home. Please give this sweet boy a chance - he just wants to love you and be loved. Email info@angelstotheanimals.org for information and application. You must be 22 to apply.

Story
Meet Angel, a gorgeous long-haired black beauty who is maybe about 4 years old. Angel was living as a stray and being fed by a caring young man. He contacted Angels to the Animals when he noticed she had a tail injury. When Angel went in for her spay surgery, it was discovered that she had a perforated bladder. We were told that she most likely had been hit by a car. This poor girl! Angel has come so far and has healed from her surgery. Her tail has healed as well. We are not sure how she is with other cats but was exposed to them when she was living outside. Angel is loving her life indoors and is looking for a forever, inside only home! Angel truly is a survivor and one of the sweetest girls you will ever meet. Do you have a place in your heart and home for this adorable girl? She certainly deserves a loving family. If you are interested in meeting Angel, please email info@angelstotheanimals.org for an application or more info!! Rehoming fee is $125. Must be 22 to apply. Courtesy Post: DHolmes

Story
Gorgeous solid black Domestic Long Haired cat. Waldo was accidentally trapped by someone trying to get feral cats. Waldo does not have a microchip and his owners didn't come looking for him. He is understandably overwhelmed here in the shelter. Pictures do not do him justice. He is absolutely stunning. Waldo is looking for a patient person or family who can give him time to adjust to his new home. He is up to date on vaccines, is litter box trained and his adoption fee includes a voucher for the neuter.
