Apply to Adopt: FurBabiesRescue.org Abby acts like a kitten! She is very spunky and full of energy! She is also very sweet. She loves people and will follow you around and hang with you. She is affectionate and is a great lap cat. She comes when you call her, like a little dog! Everyone who meets her loves her! She is fine with friendly dogs. She has not been around children, but with her personality, we think she would be fine. Abby is used to going outside, so she needs a home that will be safe (i.e., not near a busy road). A former stray, this sweet little girl has been through so much! She deserves a forever home that will love and cherish her. Are you that special person? Story
Grayson is a rescue from Iredell county animal shelter. I have had him since he was 6 months old. He is about 3 years old now. He is a indoor/outdoor (mainly indoor) cat. He is chipped and neutered. He is up to date with his shots and takes fur ball gel once a week with his food. He is good with kids and other cats as well. I am not sure about dogs since we do not have dogs in our area.

Story
Available now!   Mufasa is a sweet, sweet fluff who happens to be FIV+. He can safely live with other cats because he is sweet and docile. He's a lover, not a fighter! He enjoys gentle play with other cats and likes to chat with the hoomans. He does need to be brushed regularly. With a healthy diet and regular vet care, he can live a nice long life.   Our standard adoption fees are $99 for adult cats and $150 for kittens. Kitty's adoption fee covers spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, age-appropriate distemper vaccines, FeLV/FIV combo test, flea treatment, microchip & registration, and dewormer.   We believe that kitties need a feline friend! For their health and happiness, we highly recommend that kitties be adopted in pairs. If you adopt more than one kitty, you will receive a discount of $25 per kitty. Previous adopters will receive a $25 discount on their new kitty.   If this will be your first kitty, we suggest that you check out this site for a lot of important information: Cat Adoption Checklist. People think cats are easy pets, but they are very unique and there is a lot to learn. There is a lot of information online, and you are always welcome to ask us our advice.   You'll want to make sure you have all the basic supplies before you bring a baby home: nutrious food, bowls (not plastic), litter, litter pan, litter scoop, toys, scratchers & cat trees, nail clippers and a cat carrier. ##2365473##

Story
Looking for a good home for 3 year old Nezuko. She's a female calico, she's very affectionate and highly vocal, but also loves to spend time alone curled up under sheets. She's grown up with both a large dog and another male cat and is good with both of them. She tends to be standoffish with strangers at first but is very curious, loves to explore her surroundings and new environments Her shots are up-to-date, she has some stomach sensitivity to dry kibble and is on a purely wet food diet.

Story
Hello, my name is Ghost. I lived outside for 2 years of my life until I was trapped and spayed. It took me 7 months to calm down and love my foster. Now I am the sweetest, happiest cat, but I still don't like loud noises. I love to climb up and down my cat tree and lie in the sun. A mature, quiet family (no kids under 10) would be a good fit for me. I'm good with another cat and dog as long as they are calm. If you can be patient with me until I get comfy in your home, and you're looking for a beautiful companion, please call me. XOXO  Ghost ##2528144##

Story
I found Max in a Lowe’s parking lot and took him in. He was a very small kitten that was dehydrated and separated from his mother. Fortunately, he never suffered from any side effects and is quite healthy. The main reason I am looking to rehome him is because he has been starting fights with our other cat in the middle of the night while we sleep. We would come out to him with small scratches or tufts of our other cats hair in the floors, and he also doesn’t get along with our dog to well either. It just doesn’t seem like he gets along with other pets and it’s not fair to our other cat and dog. When it comes to people however he is a complete sweet heart, he is a big lap cat and loves petting and scratching. We’ve even had a few babies around and he did well around them, I just want him to go to a good home where he can be loved properly and he can have his own space.
