We adopted Pepper a year ago when he was a year old from petsmart. He is the sweetest cat that I have ever owned. He loves to be picked up like a kid and gives kisses. He's easy going and patient. We can no longer keep him, only because his instincts are too powerful when it comes to our birds and I'm afraid he's going to hurt one. He's great with people, other dogs, cats, even bunnies. Just not birds. He would be a wonderful addition to any family looking for a furry friend. The one thing about him is that he has feline herpes, which can be spread to other cats. Unlike in people, in cats it's a respitory illness that can occasionally give them a stuffy nose, sneezing or a watery eye. He hasn't had but one little flair up in the year we've had him. It doesn't require treatment, but since it's incurable, it needs to be known.

Danny came to us as a stray, walked up our driveway. He had a tail injury w maggots (where his tail met his body). When we took him to the vet he was all of 2.5lbs and they thought 3 most old. We nursed him back to health and he now has a beautiful full, fluffy, normal tail. He was neutered and declawed and has been an inside only cat his whole life, 9yrs. Not a lap cat, but does like attention when he wants it. Unfortunately, he started marking when I got another dog after my older dog passed away 2 years ago. I feel he needs to be in a home where he doesn't have that urge to mark his territory, perhaps he needs to be an only cat? It would mean everything to me to find someone who will love him and keep him safe and happy. I am sad that he is not happy here the past two years since the new dog - which he does get along well with. Thank you!

Meet Angel, a gorgeous long-haired black beauty who is maybe about 4 years old. Angel was living as a stray and being fed by a caring young man. He contacted Angels to the Animals when he noticed she had a tail injury. When Angel went in for her spay surgery, it was discovered that she had a perforated bladder. We were told that she most likely had been hit by a car. This poor girl! Angel has come so far and has healed from her surgery. Her tail has healed as well. We are not sure how she is with other cats but was exposed to them when she was living outside. Angel is loving her life indoors and is looking for a forever, inside only home! Angel truly is a survivor and one of the sweetest girls you will ever meet. Do you have a place in your heart and home for this adorable girl? She certainly deserves a loving family.
