Bear is a bit of an aloof kitten.  He can be cranky until he feels safe and he trust you.  Once he does trust is is quite a purr ball! He has been around other cats but not out with them.  He will need a quiet home preferably without small children.March 14, 2026, 4:47 pm

Cowboy is my name and being beautiful is my game! My 2 brothers and I were born into a colony in a NW OKC neighborhood that a nice lady was feeding.  Unfortunately she wasn't spaying or neutering and the colony was getting out of control. She came to a PAWS-OK fundraiser and told her story or our director who agreed to take the youngest at that time (us 3) if she would work on S/N for the rest.  I am a beautiful boy with a loud purr but shy about approaching new people. PAWS-OK is a small foster based non profit rescue operating in the OKC area since 2008.  All our cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, tested for feline leukemia and FIV, up-to-date on their vaccines, litterbox trained and fostered in a volunteers home.  We are committed to placing our rescues in the most loving homes that we can, regardless of how long it takes.  Our kittens are kept with their mothers for as long as possible and not offered for adoption until they are at least 16 weeks of age.  All our cats are in volunteer foster homes.    If you are interested in adopting a new cat from PAWS-OK  for your family, please go to our Adoption Request form at https://form.jotform.com/pawsokrescue/adoption-request-form.  Your Request will be processed by a PAWS Volunteer who may reach out to you via email to clarify your information if needed. Whiskey Meet Whiskey, a beautiful young girl with the sweetest personality and the most gorgeous markings! Whiskey was abandoned at an apartment complex when her owners moved away. When she arrived with 405 Animal Rescue, we quickly discovered she was pregnant. She went on to become the proud mama of five beautiful babies and was an absolutely amazing mom. Now it’s Whiskey’s turn to be spoiled! She is very sweet, laid-back, and talkative, and she absolutely loves getting scratches and being held. She’s the kind of girl who will happily keep you company while chatting away about her day. Whiskey isn’t a huge fan of dogs, but she can coexist with them as long as they respect her space. She’d love a home where she can relax, be loved, and finally have someone all to herself.
