Story
"Hello my fellow followers, Burger here again. I have an estimated date of birth of April 4, 2016 and have been with KLAWS since March 2018. I have been such a good boy in my foster home but would love to find the purrfect furever home. I love to play with all sorts of toys and love to be the center of attention. My foster has even dressed me up and I don't seem to mind much. (See pics in comments 😽) On October 16th I will be going to the vet to have my dental done so I will be fresh and ready to go. My teeth will be all looked after ready to settle into my forever home." For Burger to be the best boy he can be he will require a home with no other pets and someone who can shower him with the love and attention he deserves. He is looking for someone who will help him with his transition and stick with him as he settles into his new home. Burger will require a consistently calm environment to help him be the bestest boy!! Burger eats a special urinary diet and is currently on chlomicalm, which is an anxiety medication, which should be continued in his forever home. Please send an email to 4klaws@gmail.com if you have any questions or are ready to welcome Burger into your furever family. Adoption Fee: $200 (includes deworm, deflea, vaccinations, microchip, neuter) To help us find Burger a purrfect family, please care and share 🙏🏻🐾❤️ 🐾If you are able to foster for KLAWS, please email 4klaws@gmail.com to request an application. Help us help those in need🐾 #4klaws #4klawskitties #4klawsfosters #adoptdontshop #spayneuter #rescuesareworthit Until there’s none, rescue one 🙏🏼🐾♥️ *All KLAWS kitties are required, by signed contract, to be indoor only and not declawed. All adopters are required to stay in touch for the life of the cat, through regular updates via our confidential KLAWS Family group on Facebook or via email. If we are not getting regular updates, a KLAWS representative may call. The follow-ups are purely to assure us of the animals’ wellbeing*

Story
Meet Gus!About:Gus is a super happy, super friendly old man who absolutely loves to be loved. He can be shy when first meeting new people, but it doesn`t take long for him to start showing off and purring up a storm! He`s especially fond of cat trees, something that has most visitors assuming that he`s far younger than he actually is! You`d never think that this sweet boy is older than a few years with how fast he runs up and down cat trees. Gus is extremely adaptable and is an affectionate clinger who can also be self sufficient when needed. This means that he`s a good candidate for those in search of a cat to cuddle with but who will also be okay with his family being gone to work or school during the day! Gus is an ideal cat in most ways, and he would be an amazing companion to have in any home that is open to an older cat spending their retirement with them!Ideal Home:Gus isn`t a very picky man in terms of companionship, and his willingness to be around both other cats and new people makes him a good fit for a majority of living situations. If you are interested in adopting Gus, please give us a call at 705-878-4618, send an email to info@hskl.ca or fill out one of our online adoption applications. Gus is waiting for his perfect retirement home!
