Story
Hello, I'm Lowkey. I'm a sweet, independent fellow, but I can be a bit shy. New surroundings make me a little nervous, so I'll need a bit of time to adjust. I like to take things slow, you see. But once I'm comfortable, I'll be your loyal companion. I'm a fan of treats, perhaps a little too much, as I've been told I need to shed a few pounds. But hey, who doesn't love a good treat, right? With some love, patience, and maybe a little bit of treat rationing, I'm sure I'll fit right into your home. Adopt me, and let's make some wonderful memories together. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: Black Weight: 5.81 Age: 4yrs 7mths 2wks

Story
Meet Freddy and Blacky! These fun loving bonded pair arrived just a short time ago and has been settling in great. Of course they were a tad nervous and timid at first, but they quickly warmed up to staff and started coming out of their shells. These boys are very affectionate, Blacky loves `head booping` everyone and loves all the attention on him. Freddy is for sure the quieter one of the two but will never say no to attention! These boys would require a home that is able to accomodate both of them and needs to be in a home without any other pets as they would like all the attention on them. If you feel your home would be a great fit for these best of friends, please contact Toronto Animal Services East Shelter at (416)

Story
DOB: April 2011Meet Rod: Lush and lovely in his licorice coat, regal Rod is recovering well from a life spent outdoors. Little by little, he’s gaining confidence, allowing himself to be petted when approached slowly before retreating to the safety of the cat room’s green box. Hoping to bloom into someone’s faithful companion, Rod’s dream can come true with the help of a patient and understanding home either with one of his friends or with another confident cat already there. If this is your home, click on Adopt. If you'd like to sponsor and support Rod while safe in the shelter click Sponsor!              July 19, 2024, 10:11 am

Story
DOB: May 2019Meet Casey: Special Needs: Not A Lap Cat Yet, Very Timid Captivating Casey with his dark grey-striped coat comes to greet you when you have a treat or wet food. Unsure about being picked up just yet, approach slowly and he may allow a pet.  He also likes playing with the other kitties, chasing the laser’s red dot, and sprinting after cat springs and cat wands. Now Casey hopes he can go to a loving patient home with one of his playmates or to one with a playful young puss already there.
