Story
Meet Tuesday and Igor! They are a sweet, balanced pair looking for a new family. Their former family is unable to care for them anymore, so they are looking for a new place to call home. Sign up to adopt them at https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/PSTR/Dog Igor is a 4-year-old black Domestic Shorthair who may be shy at first but quickly shows his affectionate side—he’s vocal, playful, and loves cuddles once he feels comfortable. His best friend Tuesday is an 18-year-old grey Domestic Longhair with a calm, gentle nature. She prefers the simple things in life: a sunny window, a cozy nap spot, and some tasty wet food. Despite their age difference, Igor and Tuesday make a perfect duo—Igor brings energy and companionship, while Tuesday brings serenity and wisdom. Both are litter-trained, friendly with dogs, cats, and kids, and simply want a peaceful place to stay while their person gets back on their feet. Together, they’ll fill your home with love, purrs, and the quiet comfort of a truly special bond.

Story
Bonded Pair – Must Be Adopted Together Best as Only Cats | Good with Calm Dogs These two loving boys have had a rough start, bouncing between 3–4 homes due to “moving.” When they came into my care, Handsome was seriously ill. His previous owner was prepared to let him go, but he was rushed to the vet and diagnosed with a urinary blockage—a life-threatening condition. After intensive care and a special diet, Handsome made a full recovery and is now healthy and thriving on regular food. His new family should be mindful of his medical history and ensure he gets vet care if any issues arise. 🐱 Personality Profiles 💙 Handsome Long-haired, gentle soul, 5 years old, neutered. Loves cuddling, making biscuits on your belly, and lounging on chairs with you Very laid-back and affectionate Enjoys sleeping next to you and being your quiet companion 💜 Bubbles Playful and full of personality, 3 years old, neutered. Loves lap time and zooming around like a little wildcat Very bon

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Estimated Date of Birth: 5/29/2018 Meet Augusta, the quirky little fluffball who was found living at a car lot—probably plotting her escape from all the noise! Due to a mystery injury from her past, Augusta has the cutest head tilt and wobble that make her one of a kind. She’s got a personality as big as her fluff and is not shy about expressing her love for food, often screaming for her meals like she's auditioning for a food commercial. While she’s very low-key, Augusta would prefer a home where she’s the center of attention (no other pets, please). She’s all about the pets and snacks! Although she's not a lap cat, she loves soaking up as much affection as you can give including constantly being under your feet. If you're looking for a charming, independent, quirky companion to share quiet moments and lots of love, Augusta's your girl! Shout out to @brownbunnyphoto for the photos with the white background!   Adoption Fee $150 Augusta  is spayed, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and Feline Leukemia and is up to date on vaccines. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Estimated Date of Birth: 11/17/2013 Ninja is the most gentle, fluffy black senior with a heart as soft as his fur. Ninja has had a very hard life on the streets, and it shows in his scraggly good looks and soulful eyes. When he was found, he was suffering from painful cysts and polyps in his ears, along with chronic upper respiratory symptoms. Thanks to much-needed treatment, his ears are feeling so much better, and Ninja is finally getting a taste of comfort and care. While he may have occasional upper respiratory flares, Ninja is otherwise enjoying life and making up for lost time. His favorite activities include relaxing, soaking up love, and simply being safe. He’s not looking for chaos or adventure—just a low-key, peaceful forever home where he can nap, be cherished, and know he’ll never have to fend for himself again. Ninja is the kind of cat who quietly steals your heart. He doesn’t need perfection—just patience, kindness, and someone willing to love a senior who truly deserves it. So… who has a heart (and a cozy spot) for this sweet, scruffy survivor? Ninja is ready to spend his golden years being loved the way he always should have been.  Adoption fee $150 Ninja is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines  and has tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 14, 2026, 3:44 pm

Story
God's Dogs Rescue plus Kitties does NOT transport any cats or kittens in or out of the state of Texas. It is too stressful for the cats or kittens to be transported long distances, especially when enclosed in a vehicle containing dogs and puppies. Thank you for your understanding. Hockney's story in pictures: Hockney is a loving, warm kitten who is a little quieter than his brothers. He's very active but just doesn't trumpet his conquests as much as his siblings. The pictures depict Hockney asking for HEB Lone Star crackers, helping himself to the bag, licking his lips for crumbs and then satisfied because he got a cracker! (He takes his crackers to the food bowl for eating.) Please note that he isn't covered in household dust--that is cracker dust! Hockney also likes to sleep on his back--partly because the floor is cool and partly because he loves to have his belly rubbed Hockney deserves his very own furever home where he can love his humans and be loved by them!
