BeBeKey (aka Skittles) is about 10 years old and has traveled the world with us—from Virginia to Korea to Texas. She’s a sweet, affectionate lap cat with a soft meow and a strong desire for pets and snuggles, but only when she’s the only pet around. She does not do well with young kids or other animals and gets nervous or defensive when they’re present. She has never hurt anyone, but with our kids (now 3 and 5) becoming more active, we worry the stress may be too much for her. She’s great with adults, teens, and calm environments. We’re moving and downsizing, and sadly need to rehome some of our pets. BeBeKey is healthy, indoor/outdoor, and a great little hunter, though she could adjust to indoor-only life. She would thrive in a quiet, stable home with no small children or other animals. If you want a fluffy, loyal, one-on-one companion, BeBeKey may be the perfect cat for you.
