Story
Nala was found back in February and has been in a foster home with her rescuer. She has since been spayed and vetted and is now ready for her forever home!  Her foster says she's quite shy but incredibly sweet. She has never hissed or tried to scratch or bite and if you sit or lay next to her, she'll slowly scoot closer to you and purr. If you move too quickly she will get spooked as she's still learning to trust humans.  Nala would likely thrive in a calm/quiet home with no young children.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 13, 2025, 1:48 pm

Meet Mr. Sweetie, a breathtaking 1-year-old long-haired black cat whose name couldn’t be more fitting. This boy is pure affection wrapped in silky fur. From belly rubs to being held and rocked like a baby, Mr. Sweetie simply loves love — and he gives it right back. He’s wonderfully social, enjoying playtime with other cats, getting along beautifully with dogs, and soaking up every bit of attention the kids offer. Litter box trained, crate trained, and overflowing with personality, he’s the total package: handsome, sweet, playful, confident, and deeply bonded to his people. If you’re searching for a cat who will fill your home with warmth, joy, and all the snuggles you can handle, Mr. Sweetie is your guy. This special boy won’t stay available long! For questions or an adoption application, please contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com.December 4, 2025, 10:49 pm

Story
Hello, my name is Star. I was turned into the shelter with my brother Kage because our owners were moving and were unable to keep us. Our owner`s requested that we be adopted together because we love each other and have been together our whole lives. We are both housebroken, do well around children, dogs, and other kitties too! We are both super sweet and would make anyone awesome pets! I do have claws and I do like to climb so it is highly suggested that I be provided with a scratching post so that I can satisfy my clawing needs. Please come to the shelter and have a look at us. We do not have to be adopted together, but we would love to go to the same home. Come adopt today :)

These cats are in Virginia Beach, Virginia too!

Story
LIZZY- 6 Years Old, DOB: 7/4/19, No Other Pets, Good with Older Kids.  Lizzy was surrendered for not getting along with the other cat in the home causing stress on Lizzy.  Lizzy is BEAUTIFUL, Sweet once comfortable, Very clean, Independent, and Playful.  Lizzy does enjoy being outside, her previous owners would let her outside with a tracker. This can be dangerous. We love that Lizzy wants to explore nature but she would need to do that with her person in a harness being walked around, or in an enclosed catio (which are super cool by the way). Catios will make it so she can be outdoors, but safe in her own space.  She is just in a back kennel, Ask to meet her!   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 12, 2025, 6:24 pm
