Story
Tricks (and her sister Tips) are both super sweet, but shy torties! Tricks is even shier than Tips, but she can be very sweet and will still purr away once you earn her trust. Tricks needs an adopter who can continue to bring her out of her shell while she learns to trust people! We don't know much about their history, but Tips and Tricks were trapped in San Diego and brought together to a local shelter, where they were noted to be shy, and fearful of people. With some patient loving care in a foster home, Tricks is really starting to come out of her shell! She loves other cats, especially Tips. Tips and Tricks have also lived with dogs, and kids.

Story
Bonnie is a loving Diva with a Big Heart! She is a scene-stealer. She’s confident, loving, and just a little dramatic — in the most endearing way. The moment you enter the room, she’ll come to greet you, rubbing against your legs, meowing for attention, and even following you from room to room like a devoted friend. She’s incredibly affectionate, but also loves her fun. She goes from curling up on the cat tree to batting a wand toy across the floor in seconds. Bonnie gets jealous when other cats get attention and has been known to try to sneak into their cages (especially if there’s food involved — she’s clever like that!).Bonnie is currently on a kidney-specific diet (one of her kidneys doesn`t work so well, so a prescription renal diet will help her kidney function out long term), but don’t let that discourage you. She’s full of energy, love, and personality. Her ideal home is one where she can be the queen of hearts, adored for the big, warm love she gives so freely for many years to come.

Story
Beadle is a resilient and lovable 10-year-old cat who is incredibly friendly and curious. He gets along great with other cats, kittens, and dogs. Whether he’s exploring his surroundings or lounging nearby, Beadle is calm, affectionate, and easygoing. Beadle also loges ping pong balls, feather toys, and wet food! At night, he will curl up at your feet and wait for his favorite - scratches around his ears.Beadle was pulled by Smittens from a shelter in Pasadena after being brought in with mange. After some medical care, he is now healthy, relaxed, and ready for his next chapter! He’s looking for a loving home where he can enjoy his golden years in comfort.

Story
Felix came to Smittens from a high-kill shelter, where he was at risk of euthanasia simply for being too young to eat on his own. He and his brother Fenton were rescued just in time and placed with a loving mama cat who had only one kitten of her own. With plenty of care and attention, Felix grew up healthy and strong — and even gained a little sister along the way!Felix is a curious little explorer who loves to run, play, and check out every corner of the house. He’s full of kitten energy and always ready for the next adventure! He’s a bit wary of dogs but may do well with slow, patient introductions. He also gets along well with other cats once he’s had time to adjust.Once he’s had his fun and is feeling safe, Felix becomes a sweet, cuddly boy who loves to relax and snuggle. Please note that we only adopt out kittens in pairs, unless you already have a playful young cat at home.

Story
Balsa is a very petite young lady who is super drawn to people -- though she wrassles, races and chases other kittens much larger than her like a champ! Her litter came to us, along with several others (most of them named after types of trees), from a Hesperia cat colony. But though their mothers were feral, all of these kittens have been raised in rescue, and are super people-friendly. Aspen is middlin` when it comes to energy level, and when he`s had enough romping with his friends he will jump in your lap for a cuddle. Note that young kittens are adopted out only in pairs, or into a home with another young, playful cat or kitten that they can grow up with.
