Story
Meet the incredibly handsome golden boy named Moxi. This handsome hunk is about 10 years old. He came to the shelter 2/27 as his former owner did not think Moxi was worth the lifetime commitment. He has a lovely coat of various which makes him that more special. He would love to be a part of your family who will and can commit to him everyday. Will you give him a chance and make his dreams come true and give him a loving home? He certainly would be so grateful to you. Moxi may not be neutered due to his age in the shelter and micro chipped upon his adoption. He will be combo tested to ensure he completely healthy and safe. He is waiting in cage 612 and his ID is 653916. This golden boy did not deserve to be abandoned at the shelter after being loyal to his owner for 10 years. Please come meet him and make him apart of your family. This golden boy has a lot of gas left in his tank and is more than willing to make lasting memories with you. Please give him that chance! Story
Introducing the very awesome and incredibly sweet kitty named Ashton. This hunky love is about 7 months old. He came to the shelter 12/28 because his owner didn't want to keep the commitment of taking care of him. Ashton is up to date on shots, neutered, combo tested negative and will be micro chipped before adoption. He is waiting in cage 651 and his ID 652711. It is reported that Ashton is great with kids and is housebroken. He was pretty upset when he first arrived. Staff was unable to combo test him and he hissed when people approached his cage. He settled in a bit and was adopted January 6. Sadly he was returned a couple weeks later. He had been adopted as a gift for someone that was not ready for a pet. While here at the shelter there have been a couple incidents when he has gotten overstimulated and bitten or scratched. He is actually really nice, but he dislikes other cats, so he doesn’t show well here. Please note, all of the pet listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers, not shelter staff. Story
Midnight is an all black, medium sized, long haired cat. She’s just shy of two years and her birthday is May 19th. She’s always been indoors and hasn’t shown much interest in outside but she loves watching life from a window and sunbathing. She is very interactive and observant. Midnight recalls to her name, somewhat knows I few commands but always has room to be taught. She enjoys laying in hidey-holes, and boxes and won’t eat the box! She will be your best friend by cuddles on the couch, head rubs, playing, and grooming. Her favorite toys are tunnels, boxes, string, scratching posts, anything with sound and she can roll or chase. If she starts becoming bored she may pace a bit but can easily be solved. She gets along with new people and pets though she might be shy at first. Midnight typically used to a quiet household. She has never shown any aggression, nor has she ever bitten, scratched, swat/hit. The most she’s done was hiss. Please contact me if any questions

Story
Salem is about 5 months old. I got her from an individual at 5 weeks old. She is very loving and likes to talk. She plays well with dogs as you can see in one of her pictures. I am looking for someone to love and care for her as I have. She is litter box trained. She is a house cat but just discovered outside. She goes out and sits on the porch while the dog is outside.

Story
I have a 3yo male cat that we are looking for a fur ever home. He is good with other dogs/cats as long as they are gentle and sweet with him. He loves to sit on the arm of the chair you are sitting on to hang out with you. He is an indoor only cat and due to my son's health conditions we are having to rehome this little guy. His mom was a stray that we took in and he was born on our couch! So we have had him since the day he was born. He would make a great addition to any family.

Story
Looking for a fur ever home for this sweet girl. Due to my sons' health issues we are not able to keep her. She is a little skiddish at first, but once she opens up, loves to cuddle. She has been raised around other dogs and cats and is fine with them, but not a fan of being chased lol She is about 4 years old.
