Story
Mouse is a young stray female cat who we have been taking care of since she had her litter of kittens in March. We have found homes for 3 out of her 4 kittens, and now we are trying to find a loving home for her and her 4th baby. Her kitten is about 5-6 months old. Mouse is a very sweet and loving cat, and she always wants attention and to be cuddled with. Her kitten on the other hand is very timid and is having a hard time coming out of her shell even with human interaction. We feel that mouse would be best suited in a home with older children and adults, with one or two other cats, preferably no dogs as we do not know if she has ever been around any. Her kitten would best be suited in a home by herself, with no children or other animals.

Story
Fiyero used to be a community cat, but, after being brought inside because of a leg injury, he turned out to be a big fan of the indoor life. He's incredibly sweet and will give tiny chirpy meows whenever you come through the door. He loves playing with wand toys and being brushed. He has giant paws and big ol' tomcat cheeks, but he's just a big softy. He's still figuring out how to be a house cat and can occasionally nip when he gets overstimulated, so he would do best in a home without little children. He also needs to be an only cat because he's FIV positive and FELV positive. While cats with FIV can live long healthy lives, the combination of these two diseases mean that we're not sure how long his life will be. It's possible he'll continue to do well for years, but it's difficult to predict. He's doing well in his foster home and is currently a healthy guy, eating and playing and enjoying life. We're obsessed with our sweet Fiyero, and if you're looking for a kitty with some special needs to pour love into, he's the one for you. Fiyero's adoption fee has been paid for by a secret admirer!

Story
Tabitha is a prissy young girl. She loves to eat, play, and explore. She is curious and talkative. She loves to get in her cubby hole in her cat tree especially with catnip. She will climb in and ask you to pour some out for her. She loves to play with other kitties and her toys. She does great in a travel crate, car and at events. She is fairly laid back and has not met a stranger yet. She likes to be near you especially when you are working at your desk. She will sleep in the bed with you by your legs. She is terrified of dogs so far. We believe she had a bad encounter in her past. We believe she would be best suited for a home with at least 1 other kitty and older children.  Adoptions are limited to an approximately 150-mile radius from Locust Grove, GA, certain circumstances may allow exceptions.  To apply to adopt this pet, please fill out a Preliminary Adoption Application At https://form.jotform.com/232355976148163 This application does not commit you to an adoption. It is used to screen those interested to make sure the home is a good match for the pet and your family. We verify vet history on current/previous pets to ensure pets have been spayed/neutered and vaccinated annually. Please call your vet to give permission for us to call them. Our adoption fee is $100 for all our cats. They have been given age-appropriate vaccinations, are spayed/neutered, have been feline leukemia/ feline aids tested, dewormed, have received flea prevention, and are micro-chipped. We will ensure the microchip is registered. If more information is needed regarding the pet email info@streetpaws.org. You must complete the pre-application to obtain approval to meet the pet.September 16, 2024, 9:52 am
