Story
Coraline is a very vocal when she wants something or is not happy with something, she will let you know. She`s also a professional hider and can be shy if she doesn`t know you, but once she gets use to you she loves attention and being pet. Though she is not a lap cat she does love lots of pets and head scratches. She loves keeping herself hydrated and when she`s out of water she let`s you know she needs a refill. Coraline often keeps to herself but does enjoy the company of her companions and human friends but only on her terms. She`s a very mellow kitty that enjoys being in a mellow environment with low activity and calm vibes, so no loud noises and running around. She`s a big foodie so she`ll warm up faster to you with treats and food offerings.

Story
Taco is a young male tuxedo with the cutest little bend in his tail—something he was born with and wears proudly like a quirky signature. Just like his sister, he’s full of playful energy and loves a good game of chase or wrestling match with other cats. After playtime, Taco turns into a total cuddle bug who loves to snuggle up next to you or even on your lap. He’s friendly, people-oriented, and always nearby, ready for affection. He hasn’t been around children yet, so we don’t know how he would do with them. Taco has had limited exposure to dogs and is a bit wary, but he hasn’t shown fear or aggression—just caution. With more gentle exposure and reassurance, he could likely adjust well. Taco would make a loving companion in a home where he has playtime, snuggles, and people or pets to keep him company.

Story
Nori is a lovable black-and-gray striped tabby who was found on the streets, so her past is a bit of a mystery—but she’s more than ready for a safe, cozy home. She’s a laid-back girl who enjoys long naps in soft spots, but when she’s in the mood to play, she’s all in! She loves batting around ball toys and bottle caps, and she’s always up for a wrestling match or a game of chase with her kitty friends.Nori is hard of hearing, so her meow is a little louder than most—she doesn’t realize how strong her voice is, which only adds to her charm. She also has a shorter back leg that sticks out adorably when she sits, but it doesn’t slow her down one bit. She’s good with other cats and comfortable around calm, respectful dogs. With her sweet personality, playful spirit, and quirky charm, Nori is sure to win you over.

Story
Meet Murphy, a gentle and loving indoor cat who’s ready to find her perfect forever home. Murphy has a calm, affectionate personality and gets along beautifully with children, dogs, and even rabbits! She has spent her life alongside a St. Bernard and enjoys the company of the friendly bunny rescued after Easter. While Murphy once did well with other cats, she’s made it clear she now prefers a quieter environment — ideally as an only cat or with just one calm feline companion. She’s been very patient through the busy household of rescued cats and kittens but would truly thrive with more space, attention, and love of her own - personal attention is ideal for her. Murphy is a sweet, loyal companion who will bring warmth and peace to any home. If you’re looking for a gentle soul to love and be loved by, Murphy may be your perfect match. Story
Inky - 3.5 months old - is the friendliest of his litter and the first to come running for playtime, cuddles, and treats. He’s an affectionate little guy who loves engaging with his humans and soaking up attention. He also has the cutest markings — a splatter of white throughout his dark fur, a tiny white splot on his lip, and a full set of bright white whiskers that make him look extra charming in every photo. Nova is a sleek, all–black shorthair kitty with a curious spirit and a big love for toys and treats. He’s always the first to investigate anything new and finds joy in even the simplest playtime. One of his cutest quirks? When he’s feeling extra happy, he often gives an adorable little blep — tiny tongue out, full charm activated.  Nova would like to have a kitten buddy and Inky, his brother and buddy would be a great pair together. Their adoption fee of $150 each includes neuter, microchip, worming and flea treatment, current vaccines, and negative FIV and FeLV test.  Indoor only.  This kitten pair lives in Hillsboro with their foster mom and adult cats.  No dog experience and not child experience.    For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM.
