My wife’s mom passed away unexpectedly this past summer. She had 3 cats - all 12 years old and they have been together since they were kittens. Her mom’s cats were her world outside of family and bridge. We’ve tried to make things work but our cat does not like other cats - that is how we ended up with our cat - too many cats at his old home - ours prefers dogs! Her mom’s cats are indoor only. The black and taupe cats are brothers and are very shy. Once they become accustom to someone, they are very loving. The tabby is the more extroverted one of the three and she is very sweet. She has arthritis is her back legs. Ideally, we would love to find them a forever home (or foster in the interim) in which they could stay together. However, we recognize this may be unrealistic. Please contact us if you or someone you know may be interested in helping us find a solution to this unfortunate situation we have found ourselves in.

My boy was a good boy but he doesnt like being alone even with humans he wants all the attention. Not to say that all animals are like that but he needs a furry friend. I feel like he isnt use to being around humans. He was raised with so many kitties then to be parted away from them so maybe that was the issue.

This is Garbanzo! Garbanzo was found outside of his foster mother's middle school - she is a 7th grade ELAR teacher! While he was scared at first Garbanzo quickly realized he loved being indoors, friskies patte, and LOTS of cuddles/play time. Garbanzo is likely around 3-4 months old, he is going to the vet soon to confirm! This little man is the most loving, wide eyed, tender and playful gray tuxedo I have ever met. Judging by his tail he's going to be a fluff muffin! Garbanzo is looking for a loving home (big or small - would be a great apartment cat), he loves everyone young or old, and doesn't take long to warm up to other cats! He is already litter trained, just needs his shots and a neuter! He will play and snuggle you all day if you let him!

Milo is a sweet male orange tabby cat, 6 years old. He is a beautiful boy and enjoys his own space and will come to play or get rubs when he is ready. He is shy when company comes over and will typically ‘hide out’ until the coast is clear or things have calmed down. We have found this to be a good thing so he doesn’t stress with new people around him. He had PU surgery at 3 years old which he has healed from. He does require a prescription food that is available at PetSmart/Petco based on his PU surgery. For full disclosure he does get UTIs sometimes which is treatable each time by the vet. He is litter trained. He is 80% indoor cat, we do let him roam around the yard during the day and he doesn’t tend to venture far off and comes back. Very friendly demeanor to people. He has been around smaller dogs and been ok, but big dogs scare him and he gets defensive/stressed. He is a loving pet and likes to sleep in his bed, on the couch, or at the foot of our bed at night.
