As he settled into his foster home he shared more and more of his personality - and every little bit of his personality is precious! He likes to play sometimes and get the zoomies at other times! His zoomies involve batting a toy around, then doing little run-hops from one room to another. Narrated by his own cute meow. He is adorable! When he's all tired out, Comeuppance falls to sleep like a human: on his side, with all his limbs extended, then rolling over onto his back, mid-slumber. Cuddly, brave, and full of purrs! Eezburger is a super sweet kitten who has been through a lot in her life already, and has the resilient spirit and brave attitude to show it! She is ready for a forever home where she can relax, play, and enjoy life as a happy, healthy kitty! Eezburger, called Eezy in her foster home, beat the odds by surviving life-saving surgery at just one month old, after being born without a fully-formed anus due to a congenital condition called Atresia Ani. She came into APA's care shortly after her surgery, but upon arrival was diagnosed with a case of severe calicivirus. The virus caused ulcers in Eezburger's eyes, and at the beginning of March she had yet another surgery to remove her right eye, which was not healing well. She has minimal vision in her remaining eye, but she does not let that, or any of the other obstacles she has overcome, get in the way of living her best kitten life! Eezburger's care is now super "eezy", and she is only on one medication to help her "keep things moving" as she continues to recover from Atresia Ani surgery. While she may have very limited vision, she doesn't need much in the way of special care. She loves toys that make noise, like jingle balls, and is amazing at tracking her "prey" using her hearing! She has seemingly endless energy, but when she does finally tire herself out, she loves to cuddle with her foster parents and her kitty friends. She tends to ask for affection by reaching out a paw towards where she suspects there is a human to snuggle her, and will keep searching until she has your full attention! Eezy loves to wrestle with her best friend Vampire Slayer 1, and would love to go home with her, or have other kitty playmates at home to help her adjust to a new environment and get the lay of the land. While she hasn't met any dogs yet, she would likely do just fine with a cat-friendly dog and a gradual introduction! Gentle, Introvert, Glorious One look at Hairy Potter, and it probably comes as no surprise that he is known for his luscious hair! It is extra fluffy, velvety-soft and is as much fun to pet as it is stunning. His feather-duster tail might just sweep you away with its magnificence and he has a perfect Harry Potter streak between his gorgeous green eyes. How can one kitty be so darn beautiful?! Hairy is a calm, reserved cat who becomes your own personal biscuit maker once he gets to know you. If you approach him slowly at first, that gives him the reassurance he needs to feel comfortable accepting pets. He will sweetly warm up to your kindness, lean into your hand and start to happily purr. Next up are fresh biscuits, lovingly made just for you! Hairy really enjoys his lounge time, which takes up a good part of his day. But, if you move around a wand toy, he will play with it in a subdued sort of way. He likes playing with his kitty friends - playfully wrestling with them or joining forces to bat around a toy until it is sufficiently subdued. He also likes to cuddle up with his cat pals and is very well-mannered around mealtime, always sharing food with his buddies. Hairy is a low-key boy who would do best in a slower-paced home that will give him the time he needs to blossom at his own pace.
