Story
Hi Im Lexi, Im going to be 11 years old June 26th of 2024. I am spayed, I have been with the same family since birth when they rescued me as a kitten years ago. I like a clean litter box, Ive always been an indoor cat. I lived with 2 other cats in a confined room. I got along with the male cat in my house but the female one didn’t like me. I wasn’t a fan of the children who lived in my house (kids were of ages ranging from 2-6). I’ve been around a dog a handful of times and I didn’t have a problem with him. I ate dry food (any brand) but I love wet food when I get it! I am not up to date on my vaccines. As far as flea medicine I can take any kind. I’ve always been on the heavier side with my weight, a bit chubby. There is a rehoming fee of $40. I live in Newport News, Virginia. If interested please contact my owner at 804-920-4317 thank you!

Story
Hi! My name is Mr. Buff Orington, and I am looking for my purrfect forever home! I love spending my time watching the birds peck at the window and taking catnaps on my fuzzy, furry blankets. I can be a bit of a talkative boy when I am trying to get your intention. I do like to get a little close and personal at times, so if you bend down to pet me, I will give you tons of face rubs and sometimes even a little kitty kiss! My favorite hobby is chasing wand toys, so taking time to play with me is definitely an added bonus! I am also very helpful at supervising any household chores you may be doing! Note: Mr. Buff would do best in a low key home as an only cat or we think he would also do okay with another laid back cat.Location: The Cat Corner (no-kill shelter)85 Fulton StreetHampton, Va. For an appointment, please 1) fill out an online adoption application first and 2) email: adopt@thecatcornerinc.com to request an appointment. We are also open to the public on Saturdays from 1 pm-4 pm for walk-in meets.More Adoption details: An important part of the process is to match the life-style and needs of the adopter with the individual animal being adopted. Once you have fallen in love with your purrfect match, you will need to complete an adoption application. We have the online adoption application or you may fill out a paper application in person at The Cat Corner location. We do not do "same-day adoptions". Thank You For Choosing to Adopt!! As a no-kill rescue, we can only bring in and save more cats and kittens in need as our current cats and kittens are adopted.
