Story
Meet Oscar Parker! He`s a 6-year-old cat who came to us because his owners moved and couldn`t take him with. Oscar Parker is a cuddly guy. He loves butt rubs and attention. One of his favorite past times is watching birds and wildlife out of the window. Oscar Parker can be shy when meeting new people but that will quickly wear off and he`s a talkative and social cat. He also likes to play but is lazy too! He doesn`t mind other cats, but dogs make him nervous. If you love the fluffy cats who are large, consider Oscar Parker! Apply to meet him at www.cchswi.org

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Deanna is drop dead gorgeous, but mostly an Untouchable. We do have a limited number of volunteers that are able to handle this wild child. If you love a challenge and all the benefits that come from a slowly developed relationship this lady is for you. She needs someone that is willing to take the time and patience to earn her trust. We believe this Deanna is worth it, and we also believe that "her person" is out there.  Deanna is up to date on vaccines and spayed. To meet her please complete an application at littleorphans.org Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 6, 2025, 7:26 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Take a look at this big and handsome ginger boy! Salem is really a love bug. He used to be quite shy and will choose to stay back when it is too loud or a bit too chaotic for this laid back boy, but has really grown to seek out attention from our volunteers. He enjoys to be pet and you can get him to play a bit but when it become a group game he is not totally sure how to handle that. He is okay with the other cats, especially the chill ones like him, however he may forget his size or at times be a little over eager to make friends which some cats do not respond to the best. We really think he just isn't super confident is social situations (with other cats) but this may improve as he figures out who wants to be his BFF. If you have a little extra time and alot of love this boy would certainly enjoy going home with you! Salem has been neutered, and up to date on all vaccines. If you would like to meet Salem, please submit an online adoption form found on our website  www.littleorphans.org Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 5, 2024, 7:01 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Grommet came in a trap with another kitten, Wallace. Starving and cold, they both went into a foster home to be provided some much needed TLC!  Fast forward a few years....He has become gorgeous long-haired boy who takes very good care of those luxurious locks. Grommet is exceptionally shy, which is the main reason he has been with us since he was a kitten. He does allow us to pet him, but only when Salem is there, and although we know he likes it, he has never actually admitted it! Grommet does love other cats, Salem and Dakota in particular, but he is kind to everyone. He is good at hide and seek, as he tries to become invisible when new people enter the shelter, you will have to seek him out if you want to meet him. Please make the effort as this big, beautiful is worth it, he just needs someone with a little extra patience and love to help him move forward.  If you are that special someone who has time and patience to provide Grommet with the love he longs for, please complete our online adoption application at littleorphans.org to start the process of adding him to your home.   Adoption fees include spay/neuter, up-to-date age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, flea preventative, and microchip. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 20, 2025, 4:35 pm
