Story
Hi there, my name is Tom Tom and I am a retired tomcat! My tough days outside are behind me and I'm looking for a loving home. A dog grabbed me recently and broke my leg. The vet tried to save it with several casts but it still hurt so bad. They decided the best thing for me was to amputate it. I was scared but now I don't have pain and I'm a much happier boy. I get along fine on three legs too! I can go up and down stairs and can jump up onto bar-height stools. My foster mom says I'm very sweet and easy to have around. I look for affection and like to be near my people. I'll sit on their laps sometimes, but I really like to snuggle right next to them on the couch and get pets. I was an outside cat for the first part of my life and tested positive for FIV, which just means I have a lower immune system. FIV-positive cats can live normal, long lives. FIV is passed through deep bite wounds, so FIV-positive cats can live with FIV-negative cats, provided they do not fight. However, I'm not really a fan of other cats anyway, so I want to be your only cat. Tom Tom is neutered, microchipped, and tested negative for FeLV.

Story
This is Mouse. She was rehomed to me a few years ago from a home with other pets (dogs and cats) and got along fine there, but preferred, in her older years, a bit of her own space. She's been nothing but a delight and I wish I could keep the party going with her, but I'm now in a place that is not pet-friendly and I did try to sneak her in under the radar but we were busted. So. I don't have any other options financially, I'd love to move to a pet-friendly building but I've searched and realized I simply cannot afford it. I'm really devastated to be in this position, as I imagined she and I would ride out our golden years together. She is super great company and will chat with you and snuggle with you all day, but is super fine to find her own space and nap independently if you need your own space as well. She definitely is the type of cat to bond pretty thoroughly with one person at a time, so if you're single, she is an ideal roommate.

Story
Papaya, Aquilla and Marcella are siblings who were adopted as kittens from Angel's Wish in 2015. Sadly, their owner's health necessitated a move into a facility that does not allow cats, so this beloved trio has made their way back to Angel's Wish. It took them a few weeks to adjust to their new foster home, but they've come along amazingly well! These three are closely bonded with each other, and are often found sleeping together in a kitty pile, or at least within a couple feet of each other. Papaya, Aquilla and Marcella are a ready-made family who just need a soft landing together. You will be rewarded with cute chirps and a lap full of happy kitties. They love to be brushed, too. Marcella, Aquilla and Papaya are available to be met by appointment in their foster home. READY TO ADOPT? It could be because they are a bonded pair (or trio!), are a little bit shy, or have FIV. Maybe they had a medical concern that took us a while to work through. Sometimes, though, we have no idea what is taking so long! These kitties all deserve love. Don't let them be forgotten!

Story
Denali and her siblings definitely know how to have a good time. They are always happy to see people and fight to be the one that you are holding and giving your attention to. They are athletic kittens that are always happy to see a wand toy come out so they can practice their leaping. They will happily chase each other all over and engage in some fun wrestling before happily crashing for a nap. Denali has formed a special bond with her sister Kenai and they will need to go home together. Are you ready to add a whole lot of fun and love to your home with these girls? This cat attends adoption events at our Verona Adoption Center.READY TO ADOPT?
