Story
Penny is a surprise. A wonderful happy surprise. She is one of those unusual senior cats who not only endures the company of nice children. But she really enjoys their company. Repeat--nice children. Those quiet, gentle kids who play with her in an easy loving way, who cuddle her when she is ready for cuddles, and who let her nap when it's time to nap. She loves to share company with nice kids and seems to miss them when they are away. Penny is a lovely super calm girl with a black and white coat and striking white whiskers. She's about 10 years old. She loves her people big and little but she prefers to be the only cat in the house. She's happy to give you all the sweet cat attention you would like so that other furry creatures are not needed. She would be the best family cat for a home with kind, gentle kids. And a yard where she can go outside in the summer to walk in the green grass would be perfect. In Homer but a ride north is possible. Call 907 980-8898 PENNY HAS BEEN SPONSORED BY BETSY MCKITRICK; SHE MAY BE ADOPTED TO A LOVING FAMILY FOR $40!

Story
This dapper young man of around 2 years of age is Armello. His tuxedo is always sharp and in style! He has light green eyes and he sure knows how to make you feel he only has eyes for YOU! Armello loves to be pet, have head scritches and looks for places in the sun to stretch out. Nice big doggos are his friends, and cats that will not try to boss him around are best. This handsome fella might like it best if he is the only adult male cat in the home. He came to us as a colony cat and has adjusted well to the kindness of humans and the warmth of a bed and the comfort of knowing he doesn’t have to hunt or fight for his next meal. He hasn’t met a human he doesn’t like but has only had experience with adults and quieter teens. He is fixed, chipped, vaxed (rabies included), and given mite/worm treatment. He will like a kitty friend in the home (see above), safe access to sunshine, and the ability to chase moths. Located in Sterling. Call 907 953-0333 ARMELLOW IS SPONSORED BY KACI GILHAM; HE MAY BE ADOPTED TO A LOVING FAMILY FOR $40!

Story
Hi my name is Willow and I’m a sleek little panther ready to settle into my forever home. As a panther I do not like being held but I will meow in your face for food and cuddle with you when I'm ready. I can be super sweet but I don’t like to share attention and will push any kitty away who is in my way and getting what should be all for me. Pets and cuddles! Younger kitties are very annoying and I’m quick to put them in their place. After all I'm a big girl about 6 or 7 months old! But I adore my foster brother Diego. He's fun to hang out with. I also like to hide and explore. After all I’m a little panther. I really want a forever family who is patient and gives me time to adjust to my new home. Because little panthers like me are the best! I'm in Soldotna. Call or text 907 953-3333

Story
Ethan is 9-10 months old. He started his life out living on the hard, mean streets of Anchorage and it took lots of time and patience to learn to trust people. But he finally got there. All a family has to do is be patient and give him time to settle in and get comfortable. Once he does, he is a very loving needy boy who will talk your ear off. And what a beautiful little guy he is, inside and out. He loves to curl up on your shoulder or lap to nap on the couch or get some love. He does not like to be approached in open spaces but will come to you when he is ready. He loves other kitties and doesn’t mind nice dogs. He would do best with a cat friend in his new home. And if there could be a safe place for him to go outside to play with his family, it would be wonderful. From a scared kitten living on concrete with a feral protective mom, this little guy has come such a long way and deserves a loving family, a kitty friend, and in summertime, warm grass to run through to be a carefree and loved kitten. If you're interested in this little sweetheart, please text or call 907 953-0333 ETHAN HAS BEEN SPONSORED IN MEMORY OF BUBBA; HE MAY BE ADOPTED TO A LOVING FAMILY FOR $40!

Story
I am looking to rehome my two cats - Ollie and Emmie. They are siblings that I adopted in college almost decade ago (they turn 10yo on July 7th). Both are super friendly and have been amazing cats all of these years. Unfortunately, I am just too busy and travel too much to keep them. They are house trained, super gentle (I wouldn't imagine there would be any issue with them around children, although they haven't spent too much time around them), talkative, and very outgoing. They have been around other cats so I don't think other cats would be an issue. They have not spent much time around dogs though and are a bit intimidated by them so a home without dogs would be preferable. They are fully indoor cats. They eat wet food every morning but free-feed dry food so it is very easy to leave them for a few days - just leave out a big bowl of water and dry food and they're set. My only request is to that the two of them are not separated so I'm looking for a home that can acommodate both.

Story
Juno is an adult female American shorthair tuxedo cat, and will be 5 years old on September 9, 2026. I adopted her in Texas from a friend’s cat’s litter of kittens who was planning to put her on the street if no one adopted her. She is so loved and is a sweet cat that’s quite introverted and quiet. She likes to look out windows and can be quite curious when comfortable. Recently, my sister who I live with said she can no longer tolerate my cat living with us in her house and I can’t afford to find a place for us to move to. I also have been feeling like she deserves a home that she’d be able to run around more since we live in a small house. I also work 9 hours a day and have a busy schedule with other activities, and don’t have a lot of time to play with her. I’d love for Juno to go to a home that can give her the attention and care that she deserves.
