Story
Feisty calico cat owners unite! We have just the cat for you! Bean is an almost 7-year-old calico cat with stunning markings and a strong spirit. Bean has some cattitude, and will let you know when she's had enough pets and attention. She takes a few days to become comfortable with new people and surroundings, but once she is comfortable with you, her sweet side truly shines! She loves rolling around on her side and meowing (loudly!) for your attention! Why talk to yourself when you can have a chatty cat who will talk back?!She would thrive in a quiet, adult-only home with an experienced cat parent who can read feline body language. During her adjustment period, Bean likes to hide in tight spaces and may swat or growl. Also, a hypoallergenic diet is likely to help keep her coat in good condition as this girl has some allergies to standard food. Are you ready to give Bean the peaceful and loving home she deserves? Apply now and be a part of her journey to better health and happiness! She may get along with your resident cat with a slow introduction. Story
Hi everybody! Meet Domino, a very handsome and distinguished gentleman. I mean look at that tuxedo he wears so proudly! What makes his coat extra special is his prominent front black toe and sleek black fur. Domino was brought to us as a stray, so not much is known about his life before coming here. What we do know is he is quite the lovable boy who purrs up a storm and drools like a puppy when happy! He can be shy initially, but that coyness soon disappears once you give him his first neck and chin scratch! What he especially loves is all things treats! He even likes to play 'find it' with treats hidden around the room, and is good at it :) His meow is particularly cute and sounds surprisingly dainty for his big frame - but no judgement here! Domino seems to LOVE his catio and spends most of the day lounging outside. We believe he may be a great indoor/outdoor cat for someone who can introduce him to the outdoors slowly and responsibly, maybe even on a harness and leash! If you are interested in this lovable boy, please apply here:https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/cat-pre-adoption-questionnaire/ Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 5.51 Age: 4yrs 0mths 1wks
